Room temperature spin polarized injection in organic semiconductor

TL;DR: In this article, the first experimental evidence of room temperature direct spin polarized injection in sexithienyl (T 6 ), a prototypical organic semiconductor, from colossal magnetoresistance manganite La 0.7 Sr 0.3 MnO 3 (LSMO), was reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Low-field microwave absorption in the superconducting copper oxides

TL;DR: A nonresonant microwave absorption has been observed at fields below the thermodynamic critical field in the new copper oxide superconductors, associated with flux slippage and allows an estimation of the average area of the uniform phase in the superconducting glass state.
BookDOI

Science and technology of thin films

TL;DR: Growth mechanisms of poly-crystalline thin films, P. Barna and M. Adamik the SQUID magnetometer -an application of thin film superconductors, M. Croset energetic condensation during thin film growth, J. Cuomo characterization of thin films by spectroscopic ellipsometry, B.M. Sem et al fundamental properties and developments of metallic and semiconducting thin film nanoparticles, A. Yanagi as mentioned in this paper
Journal ArticleDOI

Jahn-teller dynamics in charge-ordered manganites from raman spectroscopy

TL;DR: The Raman spectra of the charge-ordered manganite Pr0.65Ca0.35MnO3 were studied as functions of temperature and excitation energy and compared to magnetic moment and electrical conductivity behaviors, indicating strong charge- lattice and spin-lattice couplings.
Journal ArticleDOI

Infrared photoinduced absorption in the YBa2Cu3O7−y high Tc superconducting system

TL;DR: In this article, the infrared photoinduced absorption (PA) spectrum of the semiconducting tetragonal phase of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−y (y = 0.79 ÷ 0.85) is investigated in the 3200-400 cm −1 spectral range and a direct evidence of the electron-phonon coupling with the Cu-O totally symmetric modes is presented.
