TL;DR: Both selenoindirubin-N-glycosides showed antiproliferative activity in lung cancer cell lines and in melanoma cells, and were further accompanied by induced apoptosis in combination with the death ligand TRAIL.

TL;DR: The products show a good and selective activity against lung carcinoma cell lines H157 and best activity was obtained for 3-(5-oxo- 2-thioxoimidazolidin-4-ylidene)indolin-2-ones containing a glucose moiety.
