Abstract: Aus Benzolsulfosauren und deren Derivaten wird bei Erwarmung mit RaneyLegierung (verwendet wurde das englische Praparat Murex-Ltd.) die Sulfogruppe unter Bildung von Nickelsulfid abgespalten. Aus Sulfanilsaure und deren Derivaten entsteht bei der reduktiven Aufspaltung Anilin, das in der Gasphase durch geeignete Farbreaktionen nachweisbar ist. Die mit kleinen Materialmengen schnell durchfuhrbaren Redoxreaktionen ermoglichen Nachweise von Saccharin, Sulfanilverbindungen und Sulfochloramiden in der Arbeitsweise der Tupfelanayse, wobei mikroanalytische Erfassungsgrenzen erreicht werden.

Abstract: Zum selektiven Nachweis von Arylsulfinsauren eignet sich die Abspaltung von Schwefeldioxyd bei der Einwirkung von Quecksilber(II)-chlorid sowie die Umsetzung mit o-Dinitrobenzol, wobei salpetrige Saure gebildet wird. Beide Reaktionsprodukte sind mit Hilfe von Tupfelreaktionen feststellbar. Es werden mikroanalytische Erfassungsgrenzen erreicht.
