Abstract: The invention provides a greenhouse vegetable environmental parameter data fusion method, a data fusion device, and a data fusion system. The greenhouse vegetable environmental parameter data fusion method is characterized in that at least one environmental parameter value of greenhouse vegetables on various preset positions in a greenhouse at different moments can be acquired; various environmental parameter values at the same moment can be used to form environmental parameter sequences, and various environmental parameter sequences at different moments can be acquired; the weighting fusion calculation of the environmental parameter sequences can be carried out to acquire the fusion value of various environmental parameter sequences at different moments. By adopting the greenhouse vegetable environmental parameter data fusion method, the data fusion device, and the data fusion system, the technical problems of the prior art of the inaccurate monitoring of the greenhouse integrated environmental parameters caused by the lack of consideration of the influence of the arrangement positions of the sensors on the greenhouse integrated environmental parameters can be solved.

Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of greenhouse equipment, and especially relates to a control system for a greenhouse roller shutter device, and a control method. The control system for a greenhouse roller shutter device comprises: roller shutters of the roller shutter device arranged on a shed surface of a greenhouse, an environment factor obtaining device, and a control platform. The roller shutters can spread downward from the top of the shed surface, or roll upward from the bottom of the shed surface. A driving mechanism is connected with the roller shutters. The top and the bottom of the shed surface are respectively provided with a limiting contact breaking switch. The environment factor obtaining device is arranged in the greenhouse, and is used to obtain environment factor data in the greenhouse. The control platform is used to analyze the environment factor data in the greenhouse, the environment factor data being obtained by the environment factor obtaining device, and control the driving mechanism to drive the roller shutters to spread or roll up according to an analysis result. The control system for a greenhouse roller shutter device and the control method can automatically control spreading and roll-up processes of the roller shutters, and can obtain environment factor data in the greenhouse, so as to effectively improve monitoring intensity on the environment factors in the greenhouse.

Abstract: The invention provides a segmentation method and device of protected vegetable clear-edge leaf surface disease spots. The method comprises the following steps: after the non-green background of an image to be processed is removed, according to an HIS (Hue, Saturation or Intensity) color model, obtaining the luminance component gradient map after the image is processed; utilizing a water-shed algorithm to segment the luminance component gradient map, and then, segmenting the hue and saturation components of the segmented image to obtain two segmented images; according to a preset rule, independently combining and extracting the segmentation blocks of the three segmented images to obtain three target leaf areas to be selected; according to the obtained target leaf areas to be selected and the pixel number of the circumscribed minimum convex polygon of the target leaf areas to be selected, calculating three leaf integrity parameters, selecting an area corresponding to a maximum value as a target leaf area, and obtaining the gray level image of an image to be processed and the gray level value of each pixel in the target leaf area in the gray level image; and according to the gray level value, classifying all pixels of the target leaf area into multiple classes, and obtaining the disease spot areas of the target leaf area according to the classes. By use of the method, the disease spot areas of the leaf can be segmented through a computer vision technology.

Abstract: The present invention provides a scab segmentation method in a crop disease blade image. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a color image including crop disease blades from an image collection device, performing normalization processing, converting the color image to a CIEL*a*b* color space, setting the initial classification number as 2, employing the adaptive feature learning method to learn the scab in the image and the values of the initial classification color features R, G and B of the background blades, calculating the distance from each pixel point to a classification center, and performing data classification; and calculating the distance between a* mean values, and stopping the segmentation if the distance of the a* value obtains the maximum result. The method overcomes the problems that different crops and different scab segmentation results are unstable in the prior art, improves the segmentation precision and the adaptation of the scab segmentation algorithm, can be applied to the mobile terminal such as a smart phone and the like, is suitable for field operation, and widen the application range.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a local three-dimensional maximum inter-class variance segmentation method of a three-dimensional CT image, and belongs to the field of image segmentation, in order tosolve difficult segmentation and mis-segmentation problems caused by a non-uniform gray phenomenon of a CT image. The method mainly comprises the following steps: (1) initializing the size of the statistics calculation window, the weight template and the size of the three-dimensional local space, and carrying out continuation processing on the original image; (2) using the one-dimensional maximuminter-class variance segmentation algorithm and the edge tracking algorithm to extract the target contour of each layer of the image, and then using the morphological dilation method to obtain the marker image of the edge transition region; and (3) according to the pixel gray level, the weighted average of the neighborhood, and the weighted median of the neighborhood, calculating the three-dimensional histogram of each three-dimensional local space, and constructing a lookup table by using a recursive method to obtain the optimal segmentation threshold. Compared with the prior art, the methodprovided by the present invention has advantages that a three-dimensional CT image with uneven grayscale can be segmented and the time complexity is O(L3).

According to the intelligent production method and system for crop field operation of the invention, an acquisition module is adopted to acquire the actual environmental data, actual crop data, actual fertilization data and actual equipment data of the crop field operation; the actual environmental data, the actual crop data and the actual fertilization data are integrated into target crop protection data; a neural network calculation method is adopted to obtain target operation data on the basis of the target crop protection data and the actual equipment data; a server compares the target operation data with the actual equipment data, and the neural network calculation method is adopted to obtain actual operation data; the server transmits the actual operation data to unit operation modules through a CAN bus, so that the unit operation modules can perform actual operation; and therefore, large-signal quantity crop field operation which is complex to calculate, has many operation types and is difficult in result monitoring can be effectively processed. The intelligent production method and system have the advantages of high intelligence degree and easiness in monitoring.
