••
TL;DR: In this paper , the adsorption process was found to be endothermic, entropy-driven, and thermodynamically spontaneous process, which can improve the efficiency as well as selectivity of separation.

••
TL;DR: In this article , a mesoporous guanidine functionalized Santa Barbara Amorphous-15 (SBA-15)/Fe3O4 magnetic nanoadsorbent was prepared for decontamination of aqueous solutions from Pb (II) and Cu(II) heavy metals.

••
TL;DR: In this article, a pre-grafting strategy was proposed to improve the load efficiency of polyacid and enhance the adsorption performance of cellulose based materials, and the results showed that the as-prepared adsorbent showed much higher adaption capacity towards mercury in aqueous solutions with Qm of 443.8mg/g, which is 3.5 folds of the epichlorohydrin grafted one.
