Journal ArticleDOI

Combining phenotypic and proteomic approaches to identify membrane targets in a ‘triple negative’ breast cancer cell type

TL;DR: This study has demonstrated that multiple methods are required to successfully analyse the membranome of a desired cell type and provides a mechanism for rapidly discovering and evaluating antibody tractable targets, which can significantly accelerate the therapeutic discovery process.
Journal ArticleDOI

Clinical significance of CADM1/TSLC1/IgSF4 expression in adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma

TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed various antibodies as diagnostic tools to identify CADM1-positive ATLL leukemia cells in flow cytometric analysis, the percentages of CD4(+)CADM1(+) double-positive cells correlated well with both the percentage of CD 4(+)CD25(+) cells and with abnormal lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of patients with various types of ATLL.
Journal ArticleDOI

Evaluation of 89Zr-Labeled Human Anti-CD147 Monoclonal Antibody as a Positron Emission Tomography Probe in a Mouse Model of Pancreatic Cancer

TL;DR: [89Zr]059-053 is a promising PET probe for imaging CD147 expression in pancreatic cancer and has the potential to select appropriate patients with CD147-expressing tumors who could gain benefit from anti-CD147 therapy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Evaluation of Efficacy of Radioimmunotherapy with 90Y-Labeled Fully Human Anti-Transferrin Receptor Monoclonal Antibody in Pancreatic Cancer Mouse Models.

TL;DR: 90Y-TSP-A01 is a promising RIT agent for pancreatic cancer, although further investigation is necessary to improve the efficacy for the radioresistant types like BxPC-3.
