As we know that schools already spare budget annually for the plan of student activities, so the activities should be created as well. Although student activities cannot be done face-to-face, student activities can also be done online. At SMP Dharma Loka, the school still allows the student council to hold student activities. This study aims to know student perceptions of student council activity internally and externally in new normal era at junior high school of SMP Dharma Loka. This research method was descriptive qualitative with the main instrument of the questionnaire while observation and interviews are supporting instruments. The questionnaire was distributed to 50 students. The results showed internal factors of students’ perception namely feeling of pleasure, interest, satisfaction in participating, and the continuity of the activity in the future have positive Responses. TL;DR: In this article, a Science-based Inquiry Learning model is proposed to explore students' ideas from unusual things before observational activities can be met, collect data and verify on smoothness, flexibility, elaboration and redefinition abilities.
Abstract: Creative thinking skills are low due to media, non-specific learning models, learning activities are limited to the inability to accommodate creative thinking. The model offered is a Science-based inquiry model. The aim is to analyze the level of the syntactic Wenning (LoI) of the same, the potential for Investigative Learning in empowering creative thinking skills through study of literature. Its method with descriptive qualitative inductive pattern analysis techniques. Based on an analysis of 67 articles from 2007-2020, that Inquiry Learning empowers creative thinking skills, science learning activities in joint scientific work in each syntax becomes an important argument in the development of inquiry learning models. The importance of confrontation issues is to explore students' ideas from unusual things before observational activities can be met, collect data and verify on smoothness, flexibility, elaboration and redefinition abilities; collect data for testing hypotheses about originality and flexibility; organize and formulate explanations for the smoothness, flexibility, elaboration and analysis of the investigation process regarding elaboration. Implementation of Inquiry Learning has the potential to explore original ideas through problems, although not yet an indicator of creative thought that can be accommodated, the offer to change the syntax of Inquiry studies at the stage of confrontation is very important.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of village funds in an effort to develop an independent village, with the aim of multiplying the use of village funds for village development to be carried out optimally and on target so that the purpose of using village funds can actually be realized. The researcher uses a descriptive qualitative approach to describe the phenomena that occur in society, with the researcher as the instrument. Cidokom Gunungsindur Village, Bogon Regency, was the choice of researchers as a research location with the consideration that Cidokom Gunungsindur Village, Bogor Regency, is one of the villages that received a village fund program to develop its village into an independent village which was previously categorized as an intermediate village. Research that uses the village head and other village officials as key informants is expected to be able to collect relevant, accurate and accountable data so that data collection can be optimal. With in-depth analysis techniques and using source triangulation, it is expected that the data acquisition is really as expected. From the results of the research analysis, it can be described that village funds have been allocated for the implementation of village development maximally but have not been effective, this can be shown that village development has not been evenly distributed and on target, such as access to Cidokom Village is still damaged, people who get empowerment training opportunities community is also limited to training completed. It is hoped that in the future, village development that is right on target can carry out its own village development in a sustainable manner without depending on the local government and become a prosperous and prosperous village community.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used the PLS (Partial Least Square) data analysis method using the SmartPLS version 3 to evaluate green marketing strategies, green customers, and green purchase intention.
Abstract: The contribution of UMKM business actors is considered quite significant for the development of the economic structure, however, the UMKM sector players must still manage their strategies so that this contribution can continue to grow. To achieve sustainability and continue to make a positive contribution, MSMEs must have a business strategy and competitive power that are relevant to market conditions. This is considered as an opportunity, companies try to respond positively and encourage companies to do innovative things by introducing new business strategies known as green marketing strategies. Researchers will try to see how green marketing strategies influence the trust of green customers, then how green marketing strategies and green customer trust affect green purchase intention and green purchase behavior in the MSME sector, especially in the type of handmade environmentally friendly Indonesian products. This study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) data analysis method using the SmartPLS version 3. The respondents in this study were 350 respondents spread across several regions of Indonesia. The technique of distributing questionnaires used the snowball sampling method. The research result states that green marketing strategies, green customers, and green purchase intention have a very big influence in shaping the behavior of purchasing environmentally friendly products for green consumers.

Using the sample budget of 190 districts in Indonesia, three hypotheses have been tested. The results of this study indicate a high dependence of local governments, to grants from the national government. Although there are close links between local fiscal capacities with performance budgeting, intergovernmental transfers are not fully mediating the relationship.

Abstract: The purpose of the study. To find out: a) The effect of the Jigsaw cooperative learning bentuk on learning achievement in sports physiology. b) The influence of motivation on learning achievement in Sports Physiology. c) The interaction between the Jigsaw cooperative learning bentuk and motivation on learning achievement in Sports Physiology. Materials and methods. The population was students of the Department of Sport Science and Sports Coaching, Faculty of Sports and Health, Bhayangkara University Greater Jakarta. The sample is the third semester students consisting of two classes, namely class A as treatment and class B as control. Because the population is small, there is no sampling. Data collection techniques using motivation questionnaires and learning achievement tests. The data analysis technique used two-way analysis of variance. Results. The results The results of the analysis a) The learning achievement of students taught with the Jigsaw cooperative learning bentuk (mean = 60.81) was better than students taught with the conventional bentuk (mean = 60.21) obtained a statistical value of 7.234 with a significance of 0.002. b) The learning achievement of students with high motivation (mean = 71.05) is better than students who study with low motivation (mean = 50.00) obtained a statistical value of 146.905 with a significance of 0.000. c) There is an interaction of influence between learning bentuks and motivation in increasing learning achievement in the Sports Physiology course, the statistical value is 12.342 with a significance of 0.001. Conclusions. So from the results of this study it can be concluded that the Jigsaw type of cooperative learning bentuk is better than the conventional bentuk, and high learning motivation is better than low learning motivation
