Analisis Pengendalian Internal Dalam Pemberian Kredit Pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Indomitra Mandiri

Abstract: Credit crunch is a matter that causes difficulties for the bank itself, namely in the form of difficulties, especially those concerning the soundness of banks, therefore banks are required to avoid bad loans. The emergence of credit arrears is influenced by several factors, but in this study only limited to internal control factors that still refer to Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Condition. Analysis of the data used is descriptive method, namely analyzing the realities that are found in the field, then linking them with theories that the author has obtained, so that a conclusion can be drawn which is a solution to the problem at hand. The creditors are not good enough in analyzing the habits of prospective customers. The creditor in giving credit does not do the 5C principles properly and is committed to running in a whole way. Inappropriate policies, especially in the provision of loans without collateral, because customers in returning loans are still too often too late for various reasons.

Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada pt. mentari persada di jakarta

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Mentari Persada in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 98 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, the Work Environment variable obtained an average score of 3.43 with good criteria. Employee performance variables obtained an average score of 3.84 with good criteria. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.431 + 0.876X, and a correlation value of 0.789 or strong with a determination of 62.2%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Local Wisdom Values in the Pujawali Tradition

Abstract: This study aims to determine the local wisdom of the Buddhist community in Lombok, especially North Lombok in relation to the environment, nature, and plural social relations. The research method was carried out qualitatively on Buddhist communities in North Lombok Regency. This research results in the finding that basically the local wisdom of the Buddhist community is extracted from the experience of the community from the acculturation of the Majapahit Kingdom tradition which is very familiar with its environment and has long lived in a community culture that is one with nature, known asPujawali / memareq / worship. The local wisdom of Pujawali custom is a social and cultural condition which contains cultural values that respect and are adaptive to the natural surroundings, and are arranged steadily in a society's customs. Even though they are often considered old-fashioned, the values they teach and the practices they carry out are still a regular way of maintaining the environment and good relations between and within religious communities because they still hold strong beliefs about protecting nature means protecting life. Mujawali's wisdom teaches about maintaining harmony and unity, things that cannot be negotiated because actually the people of North Lombok have one ancestor in line with that in North Lombok the people hold the principle of helping merenten (we are all brothers).

Socialization Of The Accreditation Asessment System (SISPENA) Of The National Accreditation Board For Early Childhood Education (PAUD) And Non Formal Education (PNF) In Bengkalis, Riau Province

Abstract: Accreditation aims for the government to control and guarantee the quality of education. Accreditation is one form of government public accountability for the quality of PAUD and PNF programs and units in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. By getting the results of an ongoing education quality map, the government can develop the coaching programs that are needed even as well as the controls that need to be carried out so that the participants in the field of education participate in efforts to provide good quality education services. In submitting accreditation, PAUD and PNF institutions are required to use the SISPENA Application.

Effect of e-Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment and Service Quality towards Indonesian School Performance

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality toward school performance. This research method is a quantitative method with data processing tools using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research data were obtained from an online electronic questionnaire distributed online using a snowball sampling system. The respondents of this study were 200 teachers at school in Banten. The results of data analysis show e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality significantly influence school performance. The novelty of this study is the first leadership research model with e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality variables on school performance.

The effect of digital marketing and e-commerce on financial performance and business sustaina-bility of MSMEs during COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of digital marketing (DM), e-commerce (EC), business sustainability (BS) and financial performance (FP) of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during Pandemic Covid19 in Indonesia. The relationships between digital marketing and business sustainability, e-commerce and business sustainability, digital marketing and financial performance, e-commerce and financial performance, financial performance and business sustainability are investigated. This research is quantitative research with a questionnaire approach. Data processing tools use the SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The primary data collection method was accomplished by distributing online questionnaires to 120 MSMEs in Banten Indonesia who had experienced the pandemic. The results show that digital marketing had significant effect on business sustainability, e-commerce had significant effect on business sustainability, digital marketing had significant effect on financial performance. However, e-commerce had no significant effect on financial performance, financial performance had no significant effect on business sustainability, digital marketing had no significant effect on business sustainability through financial performance, e-commerce had no significant effect on business sustainability through financial performance. The use of digital marketing has been carried out to increase customer awareness. Marketplace as a manifestation of e-commerce is used as an innovation or change in sales methods. © 2021 by the authors;licensee Growing Science, Canada.

The Influence Of Digital Marketing & Innovasion On The School Performance

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing on school performance, the influence of innovation on school performance and the influence of digital marketing on school performance. The analytical method used in this research is structural equation modeling (SEM) to determine the causal relationship between latent variables contained in structural equations. The analysis tool used is with the help of Smart PLS. The method used in this research is quantitative methods, data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to the teacher. The results of the questionnaire returned were 150 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that innovation has a significant effect on teacher performance, digital marketing has no significant effect on teacher performance, digital marketing has a significant effect on innovation.

The Role of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Learning and Structure on Innovation Capacity: Evidence from Indonesia Private Schools

Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure on the teacher innovation capacity. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic on the population of private school teachers in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 645 respondents in the sample. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure have a positive and significant effect on innovation capacity. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning and organizational structure. This novel research is proposing a model of building the teacher innovation capacity through transformational leadership in the perspective of learning organizations and organizational structure. This research can pave the way to improve the readiness of the teachers in Indonesia, especially the teachers of private schools to face the industrial revolution 4.0.
