The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality toward school performance. This research method is a quantitative method with data processing tools using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research data were obtained from an online electronic questionnaire distributed online using a snowball sampling system. The respondents of this study were 200 teachers at school in Banten. The results of data analysis show e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality significantly influence school performance. The novelty of this study is the first leadership research model with e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality variables on school performance.

Effect of e-Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment and Service Quality towards Indonesian School Performance

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of digital marketing (DM), e-commerce (EC), business sustainability (BS) and financial performance (FP) of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during Pandemic Covid19 in Indonesia. The relationships between digital marketing and business sustainability, e-commerce and business sustainability, digital marketing and financial performance, e-commerce and financial performance, financial performance and business sustainability are investigated. This research is quantitative research with a questionnaire approach. Data processing tools use the SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The primary data collection method was accomplished by distributing online questionnaires to 120 MSMEs in Banten Indonesia who had experienced the pandemic. The results show that digital marketing had significant effect on business sustainability, e-commerce had significant effect on business sustainability, digital marketing had significant effect on financial performance. However, e-commerce had no significant effect on financial performance, financial performance had no significant effect on business sustainability, digital marketing had no significant effect on business sustainability through financial performance, e-commerce had no significant effect on business sustainability through financial performance. The use of digital marketing has been carried out to increase customer awareness. Marketplace as a manifestation of e-commerce is used as an innovation or change in sales methods. © 2021 by the authors;licensee Growing Science, Canada.

The effect of digital marketing and e-commerce on financial performance and business sustaina-bility of MSMEs during COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing on school performance, the influence of innovation on school performance and the influence of digital marketing on school performance. The analytical method used in this research is structural equation modeling (SEM) to determine the causal relationship between latent variables contained in structural equations. The analysis tool used is with the help of Smart PLS. The method used in this research is quantitative methods, data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to the teacher. The results of the questionnaire returned were 150 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that innovation has a significant effect on teacher performance, digital marketing has no significant effect on teacher performance, digital marketing has a significant effect on innovation.

The Influence Of Digital Marketing & Innovasion On The School Performance

This study aims to measure the effect of transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure on the teacher innovation capacity. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic on the population of private school teachers in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 645 respondents in the sample. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure have a positive and significant effect on innovation capacity. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning and organizational structure. This novel research is proposing a model of building the teacher innovation capacity through transformational leadership in the perspective of learning organizations and organizational structure. This research can pave the way to improve the readiness of the teachers in Indonesia, especially the teachers of private schools to face the industrial revolution 4.0.

The Role of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Learning and Structure on Innovation Capacity: Evidence from Indonesia Private Schools

Sekolah Minggu Buddha (SMB) merupakan pelengkap atau bagian dari pendidikan agama pada satuan pendidikan formal. Pendidikan non formal diselenggarakan dengan berbagai maksud dan tujuan diantaranya memberikan tambahan pelajaran di sekolah formal; melengkapi pelajaran di sekolah formal; mengganti pelajaran karena tidak mendapat pendidikan sekolah formal. Sampel adalah sebagian dari jumlah dan karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh populasi tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini,untuk sampelnya yang diambil adalah 4 orang pendidik yang mengajar di kelas Virya. Teknik pengumpulan data merupakan cara-cara yang akan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data dan keterangan-keterangan yang diperlukan dalam penelitian. Pendidik (Guru) Sekolah Minggu Buddha memiliki peran untuk mendidik, membimbing, serta mengarahkan peserta didik menjadi lebih memahami ajaran-ajaran Buddha yang terdapat dalam Tipitaka dan kitab-kitab komentarnya.

Implementasi Metta Sutta terhadap Metode Pembelajaran di Kelas Virya Sekolah Minggu Sariputta Buddies

During the Covid-19 pandemic era, student activities are not so active than before. Most of the schools start prioritizing on formal teaching-learning process online activities. At the same time, they ignore student activities that have been prepared by the student council. As we know that schools already spare budget annually for the plan of student activities, so the activities should be created as well. Although student activities cannot be done face-to-face, student activities can also be done online. At SMP Dharma Loka, the school still allows the student council to hold student activities. This study aims to know student perceptions of student council activity internally and externally in new normal era at junior high school of SMP Dharma Loka. This research method was descriptive qualitative with the main instrument of the questionnaire while observation and interviews are supporting instruments. The questionnaire was distributed to 50 students. The results showed internal factors of students’ perception namely feeling of pleasure, interest, satisfaction in participating, and the continuity of the activity in the future have positive Responses. While external factors faced in the field such as the ownership and network problems still become the main obstacles in student activity.

Mengingat keberadaan sumber daya manusia umat Buddha masih perlu di tingkatkan melalui peningkatan kembali dalam kewirausahaan yang berwawasan modern dan sesuai dengan Dhamma, memang pada kenyataannya di kota maupun di desa banyak lulusan sarjana, sekolah menengah tingkat atas ataupun sederajat yang tidak berhasil dalam berwirausaha. Metode penelitian adalah tata cara bagaimana suatu penelitian dilaksanakan atau jalan yang di tempuh sehubungan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut diatas, sehingga dalam metode penelitian penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif study pustaka. Mata pencaharian yang benar sesuai etika wirausaha buddhis adalah mata pencaharian atau usaha yang tidak menyakiti makhluk lain maupun merugikan makhluk lain.mata pencaharian yang tidak mengakibatkan pembunuhan, wajar atau halal, tidak berdasarkan penipuan.

Dengan kemajuan teknologi, sistem pelayanan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas suatu instansi pemerintahan dalam melaksanakan pelayanan untuk masyarakatnya. Setiap masyarakat pasti ingin mendapatkan pelayanan yang terbaik yang diberikan oleh suatu instansi pemerintahan. Karena dengan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat maka akan membangun sebuah kepercayaan dari masyarakat kepada instansi pemerintahan tersebut. Usahausaha pun dilakukan seperti memberikan fasilitas yang menunjang untuk mempermudah petugas dalam melakukan pekerjaannya dengan cara menerapkan sistem yang telah terkomputerisasi. Pelayanan online menjadi suatu hal yang sangat dibutuhkan pada era globalisasi ini. Saat ini hampir semua hal dilakukan secara online, tentunya juga terjadi dengan pelayanan surat-menyurat. Sistem pelayanan yang sedang 2 berjalan di Desa Wangon, Banjarnegara sendiri adalah salah satu kegiatan yang belum terkomputerisasi dalam hal manajemen surat–menyurat, mulai dari membuat bebagai macam surat dan membuat laporan dari surat pelayanan tersebut. Pelayanan pada masyarakat yang selama ini terjadi di Desa Wangon berjalan dengan memberikan surat pelayanan secara langsung dari kantor Kelurahan Desa Wangon kepada warga yang sedang membutuhkan surat pelayanan, dengan cara warga datang langsung ke kantor Kelurahan untuk mengurus surat pelayanan, hal tersebut terkesan lambat dan lama karena warga harus datang secara langsung dan menunggu antrian yang ada. Dengan membangun sistem surat pelayanan online atau surat elektronik yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, memberikan keuntungan kepada masyarakat Desa Wangon maupun instansi dibidang pelayanan, seperti mempermudah pelayanan dari jarak jauh dan pelayanan dapat dilaksanakan dan diterima lebih cepat. Dengan dibangunnya pelayanan online maka perlu diberlakukan keamanannya juga, seperti data warga di dalam surat elektronik tidaklah terjamin dan selalu ada resiko terbuka untuk umum. Tidak menutup kemungkinan ada orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab atas penyalahgunaan surat elektronik tersebut. Untuk menguranginya, surat elektronik dapat diamankan dengan menggunakan teknik pengacakan (kriptografi, enkripsi).
