A retrospective study on handwritten mathematical symbols and expressions: Classification and recognition

The article investigates the problem of automated development of basic ontology. A method, algorithm and means for extracting knowledge from natural text are proposed. It is shown that such an algorithm should be multistage and include a hierarchical multi-level procedure for recognizing concepts, relationships, predicates and rules, which are introduced as a result of ontology. The analysis of the subject area is the search and analysis of various information systems analogues. The analysis of methods and criteria of information systems is carried out. The analysis of the system and its functionality is presented. This paper examines methods and models of intellectual text processing, the results of which are intended to build software ontologies, and are used during Ontology Learning, when it is necessary to improve, extend, modify an existing ontology model, or build ontology from basic ontology, having only textcollection collections as sources of knowledge. In the latter case, the task is particularly complex and requires the use of the full range of text mining methods (Text Mining as TM). The paper deals with the solution of TM problems at different stages of the PMT processing: obtaining information (identifying entities concepts and terms, their properties, facts, events, establishing relationships between entities, in particular associative ones), categorization, and clustering, semantic annotation. Methods and Models of Intellectual Processing of Texts for Building Ontologies of Software for Medical Terms Identification in Content Classification.

The work is devoted to the development of the information system for creating a list of recommendations for fashionable style of clothing meeting the users` needs using NLP and chat bots. It provides studying and practical use of chat bots as virtual assistants involving natural language processing. The purpose of this work is to develop software so that chat bot will be function on Telegram messenger base. During the implementation there were analyzed another chat bots that have similar functionality, their advantages and disadvantages. The server part of the system that process the oncoming data using Java programming language and Spring Framework is build. For development, IntelliJ IDEA as IDE is used. NLP also to the system using DialogFlow service so that helped to archive a high level of natural user language recognition that increased interactivity and communication is connected. Connection to Telegram messenger performs via Bot API. For processing data, there are used Hibernate as a database ORM and Jsoup as html parser.

Purpose is to cluster all necessary planning flights items, functions, united informational system data. This system is designed to ease flight plan description in Eurocontrol database etc., provide its correct dissemination to all controllers, towers, airports etc. This project will help to omit difficult and long-lasting phone calls, automate and optimize flight plan rendering, provide with high data accuracy. The pilot also can easily check the weather at the airports during the flight. Adding all necessary characteristics of the plane, the system will calculate fuel consumption for all approved flights. Aviation Aircraft Planning System Project Development

The intelligent system of a smart house, which is designed to create from any house, office, or building a smart room, was created in the overall process. Recent trends in technology development demonstrate that more and more things are being automated around us. Even ordinary things become «smarter» and open a new functional use. This has led to an increase in demand for solutions that can provide a convenient and secure way to manage such devices. Having analyzed the literary and Internet sources, it was discovered that there is a large number of analogy systems, which nevertheless have some differences. Taking into account the analysis, it was decided to distinguish the market share through the introduction of intellectual algorithms, namely, algorithmic face recognition, and decision support system for shortcut service. Such solutions are not offered by any of the representatives of analogues, which will allow to receive the market share without strict competition with other manufacturers. Analysis of the analogues made it possible to define their weaknesses and strengths. As a result the experience of analogues was used while the designing and development of the system, and a lot of problems were avoided. In addition, a complex analysis of the software product was conducted, which allowed to see design of its structure, modules and their interconnection in detail. A hierarchy of tasks was also built according to the level of processes importance. An optimal alternative was identified for allocating resources between the main processes in the operating system with the use of analytical hierarchy method. The optimal tools were chosen for the development of the system, which allowed to create a fast, reliable, optimized and user-friendly system with a comfortable mobile and web-based user interfaces.

A Smart Home System Development

The article describes the study of the peculiarities of presentation of mathematical methods, as well as methods and algorithms for their recognition. The possibility of simultaneous execution of structural analysis and character classification is investigated. The process of classification of the symbols and construction of the corresponding system, based on methods of machine learning, is described. For the initial initialization of the symbol classification process, a segmented binary image passes a "rough" classification by the Bayesian Network. Classification using contexts is processed by artificial Neural Networks. The system being developed is a multi-classifier. Five different classifiers work to get the optimal result.

Choosing a Means of Implementing an Information System to Minimize the Risks of Personnel Management

The work is devoted to the research and development of a prototype information system for minimizing the risks of personnel management. The use of information technologies to mitigate the risks of forming and managing human resources of the company is considered. Existing approaches to employee incentives and programmatic decisions on human capital accounting are described. This work analyzes the most famous modern information systems for monitoring and management of personnel. A target tree has been built to address the current problematic situation. Alternative means for realization of the project of the information system considering the peculiarities of the scope are considered. The hierarchy of the general purpose of choosing the optimal means of implementing the information system for minimizing the risks of personnel management is presented. Using the method of analytical hierarchy, the priorities of alternatives relative to the focus are calculated. The most appropriate project implementation for such a system is to use the WordPress platform. A complex of UML diagrams was developed for the project implementation. The prototype information system for minimizing the risks of dismissal of workers runs on an Apache web server using MySQL as a database. The design was based on a suite of tools for creating WordPress sites and web applications. The information system in the field of software development, database design and support of existing information systems is offered.

The possibility of simultaneous execution of structural analysis and character classification is investigated. For the initial initialization of the symbol classification process, a segmented binary image passes a “gross” classification by the Bayesian network. The article describes an iterative process of classification of symbols of the mathematical expression, which is implemented using the methods of machine learning.
