Individuals interested in teaching in K-12 schools must complete a degree in the content area they want to teach plus the Teacher Education Program through the Department of Teaching and Learning. Individuals must complete the teaching track within that degree program, which may contain different course requirements than the academic major since the sequence of courses is designed to meet state standards. Upon completion of the degree program with the teaching track and the secondary licensure program, one will be eligible for a standard Montana teaching license in this content area.

History of Education

--This paper aimed to gain an in-depth understanding of the meaning of identity politics in the context of the Indonesian election through critical analysis of the scientific literature of direct elections. We believe it is essential for all citizens to understand identity politics, considering that the success of the regional elections in Indonesia is closely related to the participation of all levels of society, especially intellectuals and policymakers. So for that, the author has collected much literature, and we have studied it carefully to get a deeper understanding. We get to the literature was through an electronic search of the Google Scholar database. Furthermore, our data analysis involves a system of coding, evaluation, and interpretation under the phenomenology approach to obtain valid and reliable answers. Understanding of identical politics in the Indonesia local election: critical analysis of political election context literature

Scope: The era of globalization provides influence and drastic changes in all aspects of life
including the role of the family as the primary educational vehicle for children of Islamic
generations. One impact is the phenomenon of family outcomes of early marriage. The
occurrence of early marriage is believed to be due to the lack of family understanding of the
function and role of Islamic education for children. Then this contributes to the weak
education of children in the family.
Purpose: This qualitative article was going to understand the Islamic education model for
children in early married families in South Kalimantan.
Method: To understand the typical Islamic education for children relationship between early
marriages families, a series of studies and data collection have been carried out through
observation, documentation and semi-structure interviews with several families in South
Kalimantan. After the data has been collected then the analysis was continued using the
phonological approach to see the level of validity and reliability of the findings of this study
question.
Findings: We successfully divided the findings into three models; First, education for
children in some families in South Kalimantan in the prenatal period is not in accordance
with Islamic standards. This is because parents do not know the importance of prenatal
education for children. Second, successful family education is given from infancy to children
starting from behavioral aspects such as purification, prayer, fasting, reading the Qur'an

Understanding Islamic Education Model for Children of Early Married Families in South Kalimantan

Madrasas are educational institutions characterized by Islam religion, a combination of Islamic boarding school (pesantren) and public schools. Madrasa's development in this paper is divided into two stages in outline, namely before and after Indonesian independence. Thus this article aims at explaining the development of Madrasa of those two stages. In writing this article, the researcher followed the systematic literature review method. The researcher collected and analyzed the data from books and scientific journals that explain about Madrasa. The analysis results show that before Indonesian independence, the Madrasa was founded by religious individuals and organizations. Meanwhile, after Indonesian independence, mainly since the Ministry of Religion's establishment, efforts to develop madrassas have been continuously carried out by the government. Among the policies that have been made are joint decision letter/decree (SKB) of three Ministers, joint decision letter/decree (SKB) of Ministers, the 1984 curriculum, Special Program Madrasah Aliyah or Religious Madrasah Aliyah, 1994 curriculum, and Featured Madrasah. Those regulations show that the government supports the development of Madrasa in Indonesia.

Article Info The aim of this research was to know how the process Manejek Huma in the Dayak culture of kahayan / ngaju (biaju) in Bahaur Hulu Village and to analyze the values of Islamic education in the process of Manejek Huma in Dayak Kahayan / ngaju (biaju) Tribe at Bahaur Hulu Village. This research used an ethnographic approach. In collecting data the researchers used observation, interview and documentation. The result show that the Islamic education value in the process of mockinghuma the Dayak Kahayan / Ngaju was reading basmallah, praying, reading the Qur'an praying and giving thanks to Allah, always giving respect to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The indigenous culture and customs and traditions of this tribe have absorbed a lot from the culture and customs of the Banjar Malay tribe.

This study aimed to discuss the importance of science and the Islamic perspective's position controller. The data collection of this research was carried out using the library method. The results explain the importance of science from the perspective of Islamic studies, namely that it cannot be separated between human life and progress/civilization. The Science in Islamic Perspective

Problems of humans vary considerably. One major problem concerns religion. Under a normal condition, one can observe religious rites properly. Problems arise, however, when one, especially children, lives in a family whose members practice different religions. This can be seen, for example, in many families in Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan. The decision to follow a particular religion and practice it in a multi religious family is challenging. There is a problem between the conscience to practice the religion in accordance to one’s own faith and the pressure to follow parents or foster parents who practice different religious. This article examines not only how adolescents choose their own religion but also how they practice religious rites in a multi religious families. Using qualitative-fenomenology approach, the data consitsed of ten families and were collected trough partipative observation and depth interview techniques. Findings show that adolescents have serious problems not only as to how they decide their own religion but also how they should observe their religious rituals. They felt confused, doubt, and event affraid of doing religious rites differently in such families. Findings also show that there are correlations between parents’ defferent religion and their low-motivation in religious activities and understanding religion.
