TL;DR: All tissues and organs were reconstructed as three-dimensional unstructured triangulated surface objects, yielding high precision images of individual features of the body, which greatly enhances the meshing flexibility and the accuracy in comparison with the traditional voxel-based representation of anatomical models.
Journal ArticleDOI
Lumbar myelography with three-dimensional MR imaging.
TL;DR: A strongly T2*‐weighted, three‐dimensional PSIF (time‐reversed FISP (fast imaging with steady‐state precession)) gradient‐echo magnetic resonance (MR) sequence, with postprocessing of the 3D data set with a maximum‐intensity projection (MIP) algorithm, produced x‐ray myelography–equivalent images.
