Abstract: This study aimed to measure the effect of religiosity, transformational leadership and job satisfaction on the teacher performance of private schools teachers in Tangerang which are mediated by organizational citizenship behavior Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the private schools teacher population in Tangerang The returned and valid questionnaire results were 224 samples Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 30 software The results of this study concluded that religiosity, transformational leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through mediating organizational citizenship behavior Meanwhile, transformational leadership have not significant effect on the teacher performance directly without mediating organizational citizenship behavior This new research proposed a model for building the teacher performance among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing religiosity, transformational leadership and job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior as a mediator This research could pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 40

Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure on the teacher innovation capacity. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic on the population of private school teachers in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 645 respondents in the sample. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure have a positive and significant effect on innovation capacity. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning and organizational structure. This novel research is proposing a model of building the teacher innovation capacity through transformational leadership in the perspective of learning organizations and organizational structure. This research can pave the way to improve the readiness of the teachers in Indonesia, especially the teachers of private schools to face the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to measure the effect of hard skills and soft skills towards teachers’ innovation capability in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) which was mediated by an organizational learning and to measure the effect of teachers’ innovation capability towards their performance. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the teacher population in Jabodetabek. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 676 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research concluded that hard skills and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on the capability of teachers’ innovation, both directly and indirectly through mediation of the organizational learning. As well as the capability of teachers’ innovation has a positive and significant effect on their performance. This new research proposed a model for building innovation capability and teachers’ performance among teachers in Jabodetabek through enhancing hard skills and soft skills with the organizational learning as a mediator. This research can pave the way to improve teachers’ readiness in facing the education era 4.0.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to measure and compare the influence of transactional and transformational leadership on lecturer innovation capability. Data were collected by using simple random sampling to the lecturer population of private higher education in Indonesia. The number of returned and valid questionnaires was 101 samples. Data were processed by using SEM with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study concluded that transactional and transformational leadership had a positive and significant influence on lecturer innovation capability. This study proposed a model for improving the lecturer innovation capability of lecturers in Indonesia through enhancing leadership practice in higher education organizations. This study can open the way to improve lecturer readiness in facing the education 4.0 era.

Abstract: Р. Моиланен - исследователь из университета Ювяскюла (Финляндия) - попытался создать инструмент для целостного анализа обучающихся организаций и проверить его на валидность и надежность. Концептуальной основой его работы выступили теории научающейся организации (М. Педлер, Т. Бойделл, Дж. Бургойн, П. Сеньге и др.). Однако их разнообразие, по мнению автора, привело к созданию различных, мало сравнимых друг с другом диагностических инструментов. Автор выбрал холистскую точку зрения, согласно которой организация является целостной и управляемой системой, направленной на достижение различных целей. Соответственно организация обучается как целое. Проанализировав восемь существующих диагностических инструментов, автор сделал вывод, что они не направлены на цели измерения (в соответствии с теорией, лежащей в основе). Они также не проливают свет на возможности по их использованию в организациях. Автор разработал собственный измерительный инструмент - The Learning Organization Diamond Tool, основанный на концепции научающейся организации, рассматриваемой в качестве структуры десяти описываемых автором взаимосвязанных элементов (5 на уровне организации и 5 на уровне индивида). Вопросник состоит из 40 утверждений (20 сфокусированы на организационный уровень, другие 20 - на индивидуальный). Он направлен на создание целостной картины организации и выяснения ее актуального состояния. В исследовании, проведенном в 1998 г. в 25 финских организациях, были получены ответы от 691 человека. Целью исследования была проверка самого инструмента на разных группах респондентов, а не диагностика организаций. Надежность элементов вопросника варьировала от 0,51 до 0,86 (альфа Кронбаха). Валидность обеспечивалась представлением процесса перехода от теории к суждениям. Сравнение с другими диагностическими инструментами, разработанными для оценки научающихся организаций, показало их частичное несовпадение, так как их цели различны. В заключение автор говорит о необходимости разработки других инструментов для диагностики специфических целей. (С.А.Липатов)

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership styles. Transactional, democratic, authocratic, bureaucratic and charismatic on the performance of primary school teachers in education 4.0 era. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Data collection was carried out by distributing an electronic questionnaire online to all 222 elementary school teachers in Jakarta. Online electronic questionnaires were distributed using simple random sampling technique. Software for data processing is PLS and uses SmartPLS version 3.0. The result of this study are transactional leadership, transformational, democratic leadership, autocratic leadership, bureaucratic leadership and charismatic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance.

Abstract: This research aims to measure the effect of authentic leadership style and psychological capital on the innovative work behavior of a manufacturing company in Indonesia. Psychological capital also plays a role as a mediation between the relationship between authentic leadership and innovative work behavior. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling to the 303 population. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 231 samples. Data processing was using the SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research are authentic leadership style and psychological capital have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Psychological capital as a mediator for the relationship between authentic leadership style and innovative work behavior. This novel research is proposing a model to enhance innovative work behavior among employees of a manufacturing company in Indonesia through authentic leadership practice and psychological capital. This research can pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing global business competition.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze and blindly model the influence of democratic leadership, Autocratic leadership, bureaucratic leadership style, Charismatic leadership style on SMEs performance during Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is quantitative causality. The sample of this study were 200 employees work in the food sector SMEs at least 4 employees. Sampling in This study uses purposive nonprobability technique sampling. Primary data in this study were obtained from researchers from filling out a questionnaire conducted by working employees at SMEs in Banten. The data collection method in this study uses questionnaire method and data analysis technique Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out with using an approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The conclusion of this study is democratic leadership style, autocratic leadership style, charismatic leadership style, and bureaucratic leadership style have significant effects on SMEs performance.
