Abstract: Ce texte expose la perspective des representants de l’ecole intersubjectiviste americaine sur l’empathie. Il resume d’abord les positions caracteristiques de l’ecole intersubjectiviste et presente ensuite quelques usages de la notions d’empathie dans la psychanalyse americaine. Il souligne notamment que le concept d’empathie y a a la fois refere a un mode de connaissance et a une attitude qui devait favoriser la relation analytique. Il examine ensuite comment ce concept a trouve sa place dans les positions relationnelles et creativistes des intersubjectivistes, et il s’interroge sur l’appauvrissement de la notion de subjectivite qui decoule de l’occultation de l’alterite de l’inconscient qui en est correlative

Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic and containment measures will likely have a detrimental impact on immunosuppressed individuals' lifestyle behaviours. Increasing evidence suggests that pet ownership is positively associated with healthier lifestyle. Yet, no study has investigated the potential benefits of pet ownership on lifestyle behaviours of immunosuppressed individuals, a population at increased risk of COVID-19 complications. This study aims to examine 1) changes in light, moderate and vigorous intensity physical activity (LPA, MPA, VPA), sedentary time (SED), and sleep duration, assessed by comparing "before COVID-19 pandemic" and "past 7 days" (i.e., current, during pandemic) self-reported behaviours in immunosuppressed individuals and their relatives; 2) to assess if changes in lifestyle behaviours are associated with pet ownership status and whether age is a moderator of these associations. A convenience sample of 132 participants (65.2% female, 41.3% ≥55 years of age) provided self-reported LPA, MPA, VPA (days/week), SED and sleep (min/day) and pet ownership status using an online questionnaire (May-August 2020). Descriptive analyses, paired T-tests, Cohen's d effect size and linear regressions were conducted. Results show that participants reported a decrease in VPA (-0.56 days/week, d = 0.34; p < 0.01) and an increase in SED (106.79 min/day, d = -0.81; p < 0.01). Stratified analysis revealed that having at least one dog, compared to not owning pets, is associated with a reduced decline in LPA, MPA and VPA and an increase in sleep in participants aged < 55 years old only. Having a dog appears to be positively associated with healthy lifestyle behaviours in younger and middle age immunosuppressed individuals.

Abstract: Dans un contexte francais de formation ne contribuant pas suffisamment a prendre en compte les problematiques professionnelles du metier vers lequel les etudiants se destinent, la plateforme Neopass@ction repond a la volonte de proposer au plan national des referentiels sur le travail reel des enseignants comme ressources d’autoformation a distance ou de formation institutionnalisee en presence de superviseurs ou de tuteurs. Cet article decrit comment a ete concue la plateforme Neopass@ction a partir de plusieurs phases d’articulation entre recherche et formation en s’appuyant sur des presupposes theoriques en termes d’aide a la professionnalisation a partir de l’analyse de l’activite dans une approche enactive.La conception de Neopass@ction est « doublement centree sur l’activite » : a) la structure centrale et les contenus de cette ressource sont organises a partir d’une modelisation des transformations typiques de l’activite des enseignants debutants et b) les modelisations scenarisees de ces transformations sont susceptibles de provoquer des modifications de l’activite des debutants en formation et, dans le prolongement, dans leur activite en classe. Ces processus de transformation de l’activite professionnelle constituent des aides precieuses pour la « conception continuee dans l’usage » de la plateforme qui de ce fait est amenee elle-meme a se transformer a l’aune de l’evolution de la professionnalite enseignante et des effets que cet artefact genere sur les activites des enseignants en formation.

Abstract: Les neurosciences cognitives ont tres recemment redecouvert le concept d’empathie, en montrant l’existence de systemes cerebraux specifiques, « miroirs » ou « resonants », susceptibles de rendre compte de processus psychologiques aussi complexes que la connaissance d’autrui, ou l’identification a autrui. Nous confrontons les deux modeles de l’empathie, celui des neurosciences et celui de la psychopathologie clinique et de la psychanalyse, pour montrer que s’il existe en effet des convergences entre eux, en revanche l’approche clinique eclaire des proprietes specifiques de l’empathie qui ne sont pas prises en compte par les neurosciences. C’est le cas notamment du principe d’une influence psychique interpersonnelle reciproque, et de l’action transformatrice de cette influence qui fonde le processus psychotherapique. La ou les neurosciences cognitives voient un mecanisme assurant la connaissance d’autrui par la reproduction ou replication de l’experience d’autrui en soi, processus lui-meme associe a un processus de differenciation entre soi et autrui, l’approche clinique decrit en effet un processus de modifications psychiques mutuelles qui aboutit a la construction de contenus nouveaux. L’interpsychique est ainsi a l’origine d’un copsychique, d’une organisation tierce qui ne peut etre reduite a la reconnaissance en autrui du meme ou du different de soi. La connaissance d’autrui transforme en effet le soi. C’est aussi le cas du principe d’une empathie reflexive, qui fonde l’acces a soi sur le modele de l’acces a autrui, donc de l’autre en soi. Nous illustrons ces distinctions par des references a la clinique psychopathologique des psychoses, qui nous parait eclairer remarquablement ces proprietes de l’empathie.

Abstract: Alzheimer’s disease and a group of pathologies so called Tauopathies are mainly characterized by aggregates of Tau proteins. Cells models could be helpful for exploratory studies on factors involved in Tau aggregation. With the discovery of FTDP-17 Tau mutations, many unsuccessful attempts have been done to modelise Tau aggregation. As almost of these studies have been done in “non-neuronal” human cells, we undertook the establishment and characterisation of new “human neuronal like” cell lines. These models stably overexpress either 4-repeat (4RTau) full length WT Tau or mutated Tau bearing FTDP-17 mutations (P301S or S305N). Analysis of differentiated SH-SY5Y cells cytoskeleton, revealed that overexpression of 4RTau leads to a dramatic remodelling of microtubule network without any proper effect of mutations. However, a novel approach of Tau phosphorylation analysis by 2D electrophoresis highlights that unlike WT Tau, mutated Tau displayed a different phosphorylation pattern linked to conformational changes and very first steps of Tau nucleation. Moreover, this model will be a suitable model to investigate other factors involved in molecular pathways leading to whole Tau aggregation and its related neuronal death.
