Single cell migration dynamics mediated by geometric confinement.

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper fabricate graphene oxide microstripes on cell non-adhesive PEG substrate by using micromolding in capillary (MIMIC) method.
Journal ArticleDOI

Round window application of an active middle ear implant (AMEI) system in congenital oval window atresia.

TL;DR: Application of the Vibrant Soundbridge to the round window (RW) membrane can be utilized as an efficient therapy for congenital oval window (OW) atresia and decline in auditory benefit was noticed in two subjects, who then underwent revision surgery.
Journal ArticleDOI

New rearranged limonoids from Walsura cochinchinensis

TL;DR: In this paper, sixteen new limonoids, walsucochinoids C-R incorporating a rearranged carbon skeleton, were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Walsura cochinchinensis and established by detailed interpretation of spectroscopic data with those of 1 and 10 being secured by single-crystal X-ray diffraction experiments.
Journal ArticleDOI

Thymopentin-loaded pH-sensitive chitosan nanoparticles for oral administration : Preparation, characterization, and pharmacodynamics

TL;DR: P pH-sensitive chitosan nanoparticles may be used as the vector in oral drug delivery system for TP5 and it was demonstrated from the lymphocyte proliferation test that the nanoparticle-encapsulated TP5 still kept its biological activity.

Effects of oxidized low density lipoprotein on the growth of human artery smooth muscle cells

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of ox-LDL on the growth of cultured human vSMCs were investigated using NaBr density gradient centrifugation, LDL from human plasma was isolated and purified oxLDL was added to the culture medium at different concentrations (25 microg/ml, 50 microg /ml, 75 microg etc.
