TL;DR: In this paper, a gray system was used to estimate the permanent deformation of the roadbed of a construction waste roadbed under different simulated working conditions, and a gray-based orthogonal estimation method was proposed to reduce the test amount, the efficiency and the possibility of the test error.
Abstract: The invention discloses a construction waste roadbed permanent deformation orthogonal estimation method based on a gray system. The method specifically comprises the steps of determining influence factors and a research level of roadbed permanent deformation; designing an orthogonal test with four factors and three levels; manufacturing a test-piece by using construction waste roadbed filling, anddeveloping a dynamic triaxial test to acquire permanent deformation values of the test-piece under different simulated working conditions; computing correlation between the permanent deformation value of each test-piece and each influence factor by using a gray theory, and ranking the factor influences according to the sizes of correlation values; and computing a result according to the gray correlation of the influence factors, building a roadbed permanent deformation estimation model, fitting to acquire model parameters, and thus estimating the permanent deformation values of the same construction waste roadbed under other working conditions. According to the method provided by the invention, the test amount is effectively reduced, the efficiency is high, the possibility that the test error occurs is reduced, and meanwhile, the permanent deformation of the construction waste roadbed can be accurately estimated.
