TL;DR: In this paper, the authors analyze the cost of green building on the life cycle of the project, i.e., cost of early decision, designing, construction, final acceptance, trial production, and operation, removal.
Abstract: With spreading increasingly influence of architecture to human, and with the advancement of green building and development of the related theory, and with the growing voice of resources-saving and environment-friendly society, it has been a question needed to solve urgently that analysis, management and controlling on the cost of greening building. It is necessary to analyze the cost of green building on the life cycle of the project, that is, the cost of early decision, designing, construction, final acceptance, trial production, and operation, removal, particularly, the cost of stage of designing and operation, furthermore, from the perspective of the whole society. So social costs and user costs are considered, that is, the impact of external costs.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed the life-cycle cost method to evaluate green buildings, based on green buildings' life cycle cost evaluation methods and requirements, use a case to analyze and con- firm the feasibility of green building and the huge economic benefits to society.
Abstract: The article according to the green building's significance of social and economic development and the analysis of its promotion's constraints, proposed the life-cycle cost method to evaluate green buildings. Based on green buildings' life-cycle cost evaluation methods and requirements, use a case to analyze and con- firm the feasibility of green building and the huge economic benefits to society. In addition give a number of recommendations for strengthening policies and regulations and guiding the development of green building in China , in order to improve the economic efficiency as well as environmental benefits of the construction and improve the urban living environment by developing the city green building hardly.

TL;DR: In this article, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, from the three major aspects of business, users and social selected 16 indicators of the operational phase of the hidden costs of starting to build a green building implicit operational phase cost evaluation model through structural entropy method will combine objective assignment method and subjective assignment method to determine the evaluation index weights.
Abstract: The hidden costs due to the current evaluation model for green building lacks relevance, and therefore this paper, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, From the three major aspects of business, users and social selected 16 indicators of the operational phase of the hidden costs of starting to build a green building implicit operational phase cost evaluation model through structural entropy method will combine objective assignment method and subjective assignment method to determine the evaluation index weights, In order to achieve the operational phase of the project the green building real-time monitoring of hidden costs. The results show that the hidden costs of green building evaluation index for multi-operational phase problem, the method can be more objectively and accurately reflect the size of the extent of its hidden costs.

TL;DR: Based on the development status of green building economy in China, Wang et al. as discussed by the authors expound the meaning of Green building economy and analyzes the necessity of its development, combined with the current situation of China and developed countries, they summarized and analyzed the shortcomings of the green building economic development in China.
Abstract: During the 13th Five Year Plan period, China's economic development has entered a new stage. “Green,” “low carbon,” and “ecology” in the construction field have become the global development trend. Based on the development status of green building economy in China, this paper expounds the meaning of green building economy and analyzes the necessity of its development. Then, combined with the current situation of China and developed countries, this paper summarizes and analyzes the shortcomings of green building economic development in China. Finally, through the method of investigation and literature review, it gives the opinions of sustainable development of green building economy. This paper has practical significance.
