Abstract: This paper firstly introduces the basic theory of lean manufacturing and lean thinking, then introduces concept of lean construction and enumerates some exercises, discusses how to put lean construction into practice and some problems which may happen in development of lean construction.

Abstract: A large-scale public building is considered as a system from the view of system science The risks of a large-scale public building consist of reliability risk,security risk and sustainable development risk Reliability risk leads to the system reliability insufficiency Security risk originates from system reliability insufficiency and security risk source Sustainable development risk is a reflection of reliability risk and security risk in the environment and social system The risk characteristics of a large-scale public building are numerous sources,complicated relations,highly uncertainty and huge impact This paper presented the concept of risk security space which uses a space vector to describe the risk state by a risk state model The functional relation of risk proves the key to reduce the risks of a large-scale public building relies on the improvement of system reliability

Study on the Life Cycle Security Risks Management of Large-Scale Public Buildings

Abstract: Viewing from the life cycle of construction project, this paper aims to explore the characteristics, types and causes of life circle security risks in large public buildings on the strength of project risk management theory and the related theories of value chain. It proposes the management strategy for handling the life cycle security risk of large public buildings based on the stage and scope of risk effects respectively, providing the significant reference for the major participants of large public buildings to implement the security risk management and reduce the probability of safe accidents in large public buildings.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduced the definition of lean culture and the project culture. We summarized the cultural characteristics of China's railway project construction. We took advantage of lean thinking in the project culture. We also put forward the concept and significance of lean project culture construction as well as the implementation. Environmental Risk Assessment of General Contractor’s EPC Project

Abstract: For the problem of EPC project environmental risk were affected by a number of uncertainties, this paper improved the environmental risk indicators system of project and used unascertained functions and entropy functions comprehensively , proposed environmental risk assessment methods based on unascertained – entropy theory and clarified specific steps of the method according to a general contractor project example The empirical research shows that the method is effective and feasible and the evaluation results are reasonable
