The electronic phase diagram of the LaO 1− x F x FeAs superconductor
Hubertus Luetkens,Hans-Henning Klauss,M. Kraken,F. J. Litterst,T. Dellmann,T. Dellmann,Rüdiger Klingeler,Christian Hess,Rustem Khasanov,Anthony A. Amato,C. Baines,M. Kosmala,O. Schumann,Markus Braden,J. E. Hamann-Borrero,N. Leps,A. Kondrat,Günter Behr,J. Werner,Bernd Büchner +19 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the structural and electronic phase diagram is investigated by means of X-ray scattering, muon spin relaxation and Mossbauer spectroscopy on the series LaO(1-x)F(x)FeAs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and crystal growth of Cs 0.8 (FeSe 0.98 ) 2 :a new iron-based superconductor with T c = 27 K
Anna Krzton-Maziopa,Zurab Shermadini,Ekaterina Pomjakushina,Vladimir Pomjakushin,Markus Bendele,Markus Bendele,Anthony A. Amato,Rustem Khasanov,Hubertus Luetkens,Kazimierz Conder +9 more
TL;DR: The synthesis of large single crystals of a new FeSe layer superconductor Cs( 0.8)(FeSe(0.98))(2) is reported on, which shows a slightly lower superconducting transition temperature and the T(c) dependence on the anion height was found to be analogous to those reported for As-containing Fe superconductors and Fe(Se(1 - x)Ch(x)), where Ch = Te, S.
Journal ArticleDOI
Commensurate spin density wave in LaFeAsO: a local probe study.
Hans-Henning Klauss,Hubertus Luetkens,Rüdiger Klingeler,Christian Hess,F. J. Litterst,M. Kraken,Maxim M. Korshunov,Maxim M. Korshunov,Ilya Eremin,Ilya Eremin,Stefan-Ludwig Drechsler,Rustem Khasanov,Anthony A. Amato,J. E. Hamann-Borrero,N. Leps,A. Kondrat,Günter Behr,J. Werner,Bernd Büchner +18 more
TL;DR: These experiments prove a commensurate static magnetic order with a strongly reduced ordered moment of 0.25(5)muB at the iron site below T(N)=138 K, well separated from a structural phase transition at T(S)=156 K.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pressure induced static magnetic order in superconducting FeSe1-x.
Markus Bendele,Markus Bendele,Anthony A. Amato,Kazimierz Conder,M. Elender,Hugo Keller,Hans-Henning Klauss,Hubertus Luetkens,Ekaterina Pomjakushina,A. Raselli,Rustem Khasanov +10 more
TL;DR: A detailed investigation of the electronic phase diagram of FeSe1-x under pressures up to 1.4 GPa by means of ac magnetization and muon-spin rotation finds it to be one of the most interesting superconducting systems investigated extensively at present.
Journal ArticleDOI
Beating the Stoner criterion using molecular interfaces
Fatma Al Ma’Mari,Timothy Moorsom,Gilberto Teobaldi,William M. Deacon,Thomas Prokscha,Hubertus Luetkens,Steve Lee,George E. Sterbinsky,Dario Arena,Donald A. MacLaren,M. G. Flokstra,Mannan Ali,May C. Wheeler,Gavin Burnell,B. J. Hickey,Oscar Cespedes +15 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that it is possible to alter the electronic states of non-ferromagnetic materials, such as diamagnetic copper and paramagnetic manganese, to overcome the Stoner criterion and make them ferromagnetic at room temperature.
