Free amino acids and peptides as related to antioxidant properties in protein hydrolysates of mackerel (Scomber austriasicus)
TL;DR: In this article, the levels and compositions of free amino acids and small peptides during hydrolysis of mackerel hydrolysates were investigated to find out their relationships with antioxidant activities.
Journal ArticleDOI
Antioxidant Activities of Carnosine, Anserine, Some Free Amino Acids and Their Combination
TL;DR: The results suggested that histidine-containing compounds were related to antioxidation abilities, and the peptid e linkage between β-alanine, histidine and 1-methylhistidine was involved in the antioxidant activities of carnosine and anserine.
Journal ArticleDOI
Low-molecular-weight Peptides as Related to Antioxidant Properties of Chicken Essence
TL;DR: In this article, three antioxidant peptide fractions of chicken essence were separated by size exclusion chromatography, and two peptides were further isolated and identified, and their amino acid sequences were His-Val-Thr-Glu-glu and ProVal-Pro-Ala-GLu-Gly-Val respectively.

Hui-Chun Wu,Shasha Zhao,Zhen Ni Liu,Yingzi Guo,Yong Zhou Li,Xiaodong Hou,Yuanyuan Li,Cheng Ming Li,Fengmin Li +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a set of scientific, comprehensive, practical, qualitative, and quantitative evaluation index systems for the competitiveness of environmental protection enterprises (EPEs) is presented. But the evaluation index system of EPEs' competitiveness, being scientific-practical, combined and quantitative, was constructed to provide a reference for the comprehensive evaluation of enterprises and the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
