The saggar material mixing device comprises a rack, a saggar jacking and vibrating mechanism, a pair of saggar material shaking and mixing mechanisms, a pair of saggar centering mechanisms, a saggar material even-distribution mechanism, a saggar position signal collector and a saggar stopping mechanism, wherein the saggar jacking and vibrating mechanism is arranged on the lower portion of the rack, the saggar material shaking and mixing mechanisms are arranged on the saggar jacking and vibrating mechanism, the saggar centering mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the rack, the saggar material even-distribution mechanism is arranged on the upper portion of the rack and corresponds to the position above the saggar jacking and vibrating mechanism, the saggar position signal collector is also arranged on the rack and corresponds to the left side of one of the saggar centering mechanisms, the saggar stopping mechanism is also arranged on the rack and corresponds to the left side of the saggar position signal collector, and a cross-shaped positional relation is formed by the pair of saggar centering mechanisms and the pair of saggar material shaking and mixing mechanisms. The rack is fixedly connected with a sagger conveying roller front supporting beam and a sagger conveying roller rear supporting beam, a front protective housing is arranged at the right end of the sagger conveying roller front supporting beam, and a rear protective housing is arranged at the right end of the sagger conveying roller rear supporting beam. The sagger conveying roller driving mechanism is arranged on the rack and is connected with a sagger conveying roller chain wheel. A box body support is arranged on the upper side of the front end of the roller bed support. An automatic traying and trowelling device is arranged at the left corner of the front side of the roller bed support. An automatic weighing and feeding device is arranged above the automatic traying and trowelling device. An automatic gridding device fixed to the box body support is arranged at the right side of the automatic traying and trowelling device. A sagger locating mechanism is arranged on the roller bed support and located below the automatic gridding device. An automatic locating and steering device located below a roller bed conveying device is arranged at the corner, at the right side of the sagger locating mechanism, of the roller bed support. Automatic clamping locating and conveying devices fixed to the roller bed support are arranged on the rear side of the automatic locating and steering device, the left side of the automatic gridding device and the rear side of the automatic traying and trowelling device respectively. The full-automatic sagger quantitative-filling machine is reasonable in structural design, manual operation is avoided, and the influence of dust on people and the surroundings in production is avoided thoroughly.

Abstract: The invention relates to an automatic discharging device for an industrial furnace. The device comprises a device frame and a conveyor line body installed on the device frame, wherein an inlet chamber, a discharging chamber and an outlet chamber which are communicated mutually are sequentially formed in the device frame; the conveyor line body is distributed in the inlet chamber and the outlet chamber; the inlet chamber, the discharging chamber and the outlet chamber are separated mutually through gates; a discharging port is formed in the bottom of the discharging chamber; a reversed discharging disk is arranged on a conveying path of the conveyor line body in the discharging chamber; and the reversed discharging disk is connected with a driving device through a rotating shaft. According to the device, situations such as high labor intensity of workers, serious dust pollution and man-made pollution on products or materials which are caused by an existing discharging mode can be effectively improved; an automatic discharging process can be achieved; the device is efficient and stable; and compared with a manipulator type discharging device, the investment cost is substantially reduced.
