Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Servant leadership, Digital leadership and Green Leadership toward Market Performance in the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Industry. This research method is a quantitative method with data processing tools using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research data were obtained from an online electronic questionnaire distributed online using a snowball sampling system. The respondents of this study were 180 sales managers in pharmaceutical companies. The results of data analysis show that Servant leadership, Digital leadership and Green Leadership significantly influence Market Performance in the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Industry. The novelty of this study is the first leadership research model with servant, digital and green variables on market performance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Abstract: In the industrial ERA 4.0, changes digitally and physically are inevitable, as well as for small to medium enterprise (SMEs). The majority of SMEs in Jambi Province have not conducted digital technology as a marketing strategy for the expansion of its market share. The purpose of this research are: (1) analyzing the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on SME business performance, (2) analyzing the influence of market orientation with the e-commerce adoption towards SMES’s business Performance (3). interpreting the e-commerce adoption and market orientation impact to SME’s business performance. The research design uses the Mix method of qualitative and quantitative. The data is collected by primary and secondary data. The data analysis techniques uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) and ran by SmartPLS3 program. Samples of this study consist of 250 SMEs who have already used digital e-commerce technology in Jambi Province. The result of data processing indicates there is a significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and e-commerce adoption to SME’s business performance in Jambi Provinces. We believe that entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and e-commerce adoption model in this study will have both managerial and academic positive implication. This study will have managerial implication for practitioners in Indonesia and other countries. Academic implications is also need for researcher who are interested in increasing SME’s business performance in term of e-commerce adoption.

Abstract: Cunsumer loyalty is determined by a positive response to the perceived experience. The use of social media in marketing products can improve the quality of marketing. The purposes of this research are to: (1). Explain the relationship between social media marketing and consumer loyalty with brand equity as a mediation variable. (2). Explain the relationship between social media marketing and consumer loyalty with consumer response as a mediation variable (3). Develop a model of social media marketing and consumer loyalty relationships. The design of the research was done quantitatively to analyze the model of the relationship between social media marketing and consumer loyalty. To interpret quantitative results used focus Group discusion (FGD) methods and literature studies. The research sample numbered 200 respondents with consumer criteria of users of branded fashion products. Analysis tools using SEM with PLS Software. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between social media marketing to the consumer loyalty of fashion products both before and after mediated by brand equity and consumer response. The priority of the research to be conducted lies in how digital development in marketing contributes thought to the business world, government and how this study strengthens the theory for similar research

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana tingkat partisipasi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa dari kemampuan menyelesaikan kasus-kasus berkaitan dengan manajemen perubahan organisasi, dimulai dari identifikasi fakta, teori manajemen perubahan, alasan perubahan, penyebab perubahan dan cara melakukan perubahan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang terdaftar di kelas Manajemen Perubahan berjumlah ± 32 orang mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, selama aktivitas perkuliahan berlangsung secara virtual menggunakan zoom meeting, masih ditemukan mahasiswa yang kurang memahami materi perkuliahan serta kasus yang telah didiskusikan, ini disebabkan ketika pembelajaran berlangsung mahasiswa tersebut tidak mau bertanya dan tidak memiliki rasa ingin tahu terhadap materi dan penjelasan kasus yang disampaikan baik oleh sesama rekan mahasiswa ataupun dosen, hal ini lah yang menunjukkan efektivitas metode pembelajaran case method serta tingkat partispasi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa belum menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Hal lain menunjukkan bahwa dari jumlah mahasiswa yang mengikuti kelas perkuliahan manajemen perubahan, 36% dari jumlah mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti perkuliahan melalui implementasi case method menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap metode pembelajaran case method dan membantu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir untuk menyelesaikan masalah, keterampilan intelektual serta menjadi pebelajar mandiri

Abstract: SSurveys had shown that there are lots of people who work in the culinary business industries in Seberang Kota Jambi, and even though they were not managed professionally they had survived for quite some time. This study aimed to test the relationship between personal attributes, technical skill and managerial competence toward entrepreneurial orientation and successes. The data were collected through the questionnaire for 44 people who owned small culinary businesses in several districts in Seberang, then were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLS-SEM). The result had shown that the personal attributes and technical skills have no siginificant influence on the entrepreneurial orientation, but their managerial competence had a significant influence on their entrepreneurial orientation. Then the entrepreneurial orientation have positive influence on the success of business. So in a way, the managerial competence determine their success in business. That’s why it was needed a lot of help from the government and academicians to increase their managerial competence by giving them special guidance, counselings and trainings continuouslyKeywords: personal attributes, technical skills, managerial competence, entrepreneurial orientation, culinary home industries

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality toward school performance. This research method is a quantitative method with data processing tools using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research data were obtained from an online electronic questionnaire distributed online using a snowball sampling system. The respondents of this study were 200 teachers at school in Banten. The results of data analysis show e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality significantly influence school performance. The novelty of this study is the first leadership research model with e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality variables on school performance.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of digital marketing (DM), e-commerce (EC), business sustainability (BS) and financial performance (FP) of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during Pandemic Covid19 in Indonesia. The relationships between digital marketing and business sustainability, e-commerce and business sustainability, digital marketing and financial performance, e-commerce and financial performance, financial performance and business sustainability are investigated. This research is quantitative research with a questionnaire approach. Data processing tools use the SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The primary data collection method was accomplished by distributing online questionnaires to 120 MSMEs in Banten Indonesia who had experienced the pandemic. The results show that digital marketing had significant effect on business sustainability, e-commerce had significant effect on business sustainability, digital marketing had significant effect on financial performance. However, e-commerce had no significant effect on financial performance, financial performance had no significant effect on business sustainability, digital marketing had no significant effect on business sustainability through financial performance, e-commerce had no significant effect on business sustainability through financial performance. The use of digital marketing has been carried out to increase customer awareness. Marketplace as a manifestation of e-commerce is used as an innovation or change in sales methods. © 2021 by the authors;licensee Growing Science, Canada.

Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure on the teacher innovation capacity. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic on the population of private school teachers in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 645 respondents in the sample. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure have a positive and significant effect on innovation capacity. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning and organizational structure. This novel research is proposing a model of building the teacher innovation capacity through transformational leadership in the perspective of learning organizations and organizational structure. This research can pave the way to improve the readiness of the teachers in Indonesia, especially the teachers of private schools to face the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the relationship between digital marketing on quality service, digital marketing on sales performance, quality service on sales performance, and digital marketing on Sales performance through quality service. The research methodology is a quantitative method and divided into research design and research subjects, data collection methods, and analysis methods. The study is conducted on 125 small and medium (SMEs) in Banten, Indonesia in the digital region. The study uses primary data based on the results of distributing online questionnaires to 125 managers of SMEs in Banten who were selected by simple random sampling. The questionnaire was designed online, and each question/statement item was given five answer options, namely: strongly agree (SS) score 5, agree (S) score 4, neutral / doubt (N) score 3, disagree (TS) score 2, and strongly disagree (STS) score 1. The method for processing data is by using PLS and using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. Based on data analysis by SmartPLS, digital marketing has a significant effect on quality service, digital marketing has a significant effect on sales performance, quality service has a significant effect on sales performance, and digital marketing significantly affects sales performance through quality service in the digital era.
