Ownership in the Perspective of Ethnomethodology at the Village Credit Institutional in Bali

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the implementation of harmonization concept as organizational culture by village credit institution (LPDs) in Bali and found that harmonization culture has been used as behavioral value by LPDs' owner and management to maintain the harmony of relationship with God, among human, and the surrounding environment through activities as sradha and bhakti, tawam asi, olas asih, rwa bhineda and karmaphala.
