TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial motivation and intention among final year students of the Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke, Nigeria.
Abstract: Entrepreneurship education is believed to be of great importance to the quest for improved youth employment and economic development of any society. It is for this reason that the Nigerian government invests heavily in entrepreneurship education. However, in spite of these heavy investments, youth unemployment is on the increase and economic development continues to elude Nigeria. This study investigates the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial motivation and intention among final year students of Nigeria. We adopted the Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke as a case study where data was collected using structured questionnaire from 550 responded selected using random sampling. Data was analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The study discovered that entrepreneurship education significantly determine entrepreneurial motivation which also significantly affects entrepreneurial intention. The study also found that the entrepreneurship education – entrepreneurial motivation relationship is significantly mediated by cognitive factors. To this end, this research effort recommends that the government and other relevant stakeholders should continue to provide quality entrepreneurship education to continue to motivate graduates of tertiary institutions to become entrepreneurs.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors investigated the impact of HRM practices on competence, commitment, job satisfaction, motivation, cooperation with management, Cooperation with co-workers, employee presence and compliance in the manufacturing sub-sector of South-Western Nigeria.
Abstract: "Most authors agree that Human Resources is the most crucial input to any organisation. As such, scholars generally believe that Human Resource Management (HRM) practices positively impact firm performance. This belief persists because positive HRM practices strengthen competence, motivation, commitment and other employee outcomes leading to improved organisational performance. However, limited empirical evidence connects HRM practices to employee outcomes. This study investigated the impact of HRM practices on competence, commitment, job satisfaction, motivation, Cooperation with management, Cooperation with co-workers, employee presence and Compliance in the manufacturing sub-sector of South–Western Nigeria. To this end, the study adopted a cross-sectional survey research design which involved the collection of data from 381 middle-level managers of manufacturing companies in Lagos, Nigeria, selected using stratified and random sampling techniques. A Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to analyse the data. Results show that HRM practices determine and predict components of employee outcomes. In other words, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation management, occupational health and safety, and career growth and development all determine competence, commitment, job satisfaction, motivation, Cooperation with management, Cooperation with co-workers, and Presence and Compliance all in varying degrees. The study justified investment in HRM and recommended a bundled approach to applying HRM practice."

TL;DR: This article found that entrepreneurship education has stronger relationships with subsequent entrepreneurial activity in seemingly entrepreneurship-hostile institutional environments, and they used a multilevel model on the outcomes of entrepreneurship education.
Abstract: Drawing on institutional theory and the model of entrepreneurial action, we build and test a multilevel model on the outcomes of entrepreneurship education. Essentially, we suggest that entrepreneurship education has stronger relationships with subsequent entrepreneurial activity in seemingly entrepreneurship-hostile institutional environments. Findings from 11,230 individuals in 32 countries support this notion. The results have implications for researchers and practitioners in the field of entrepreneurship education.
