TL;DR: A contextual search method based on domain thesaurus and weighted conceptual graph model for search enhancement is proposed that was better compared to Jaccard’s and WUP methods.
Abstract: The growth of volume of text resources on Internet and natural limitations of human cognition justifies the development of search enhancement systems. This paper proposes a contextual search method based on domain thesaurus. The method uses semantic metrics defined on thesaurus and weighted conceptual graph model for search enhancement. As an example a task of searching for partners working in similar research area is analyzed. The effectiveness of proposed method when evaluated using precision metric was better compared to Jaccard’s and WUP methods.

TL;DR: Time-frequency and time dependence of the output signal morphology of nonlinear oscillator neuron based on Van der Pol model using analytical and numerical methods were investigated.
Abstract: Time-frequency and time dependence of the output signal morphology of nonlinear oscillator neuron based on Van der Pol model using analytical and numerical methods were investigated. Threshold effect neuron, when it is exposed to external non-stationary signals that vary in shape, frequency and amplitude was considered.

TL;DR: The proposed method gives the opportunity to create tools for working out of information resources in web systems and implement the subsystem of integration and content management, which allows for further integration and management.
Abstract: The paper describes the integrated processing method of heterogeneous information resources of web systems, which allows for further integration and management. Our method involves the decomposition of the overall process on subprocesses of value integration, data syntax, semantics, and structure. The advantage of this approach to integration processes is the ability to execute them at the metadata level. It allows reducing the number of hits to the data of web systems, the volumes of which can be significant. The paper presents a model of the content life cycle in web systems. The model describes the processes of processing information resources in web systems and simplifies the technology of integrated automation and content management. In this work, the main problems of functional services of integration and content management were analyzed. The proposed method gives the opportunity to create tools for working out of information resources in web systems and implement the subsystem of integration and content management.

TL;DR: The comparative analysis showed that the architecture offered by the authors and modules of content processing, which they used at all stages of work, positively affected information resources.
Abstract: In this paper, we explore the task of intellectual information system creation for content formation. We developed the general recommendations for design of the intellectual system. Our system has special modules for processing of information resources. We created the software for formation, control, and implementation of content and made experiments on “Online newspaper” and “Online magazine” systems. The comparative analysis showed that the architecture offered by us and modules of content processing, which we used at all stages of work, positively affected information resources.

TL;DR: The methods of linguistic analysis are proposed for automation of all operations of content processing and the implementation of proposed methods and procedures allows effectively create and distribute content for targeted social audience and individual customers.
Abstract: The tremendous growth rates of Internet and volume of content stored on its servers requires the creation of tools for automatic content analysis and processing. Intelligent systems for content processing aim to simplify and automate such tasks as content analysis and classification, finding keywords and building digests, distributing content according to specified criteria. This paper presents the results of a study of patterns, characteristics and dependencies in automatic text processing of commercial content. Data and information flows in processes of commercial content transformation are elucidated and formalized. The methods of linguistic analysis are proposed for automation of all operations of content processing. A content management system built using developed methods is constantly monitoring content from various sources, gathers and integrates content and distributes it to customers. The implementation of proposed methods and procedures allows effectively create and distribute content for targeted social audience and individual customers.

TL;DR: The article content lies in solving the important applied scientific problem of the informational resources processing intellectual systems (IRPISes) with textual commercial content linguistic analysis usage creation with the help of created mathematical models.
Abstract: The article content lies in solving the important applied scientific problem of the informational resources processing intellectual systems (IRPISes) with textual commercial content linguistic analysis usage creation. The IRPISes functioning mathematical ensuring was developed. The IRPISes construction means and methods will be developed on the basis of created mathematical models. Such systems have the widespread usage, in particular for the forming, managing and maintenance of the expanding content volume in Internet, running e-business, during the online and offline content realization systems, cloud storage and cloud computing.
