Abstract: This paper discusses other ways that can be used to obtain information on the translation of Indonesian Alqur’an and hadith that is by using Information Retrieval Technique which the process is tokenizing, stopword removal and steamming. The stemming method used in this study is ECS (Enhance Confix Stripping). The database consists of hadith documents Bukhori Muslim numbered 7008 number of traditions and Al Quran translation 30 Juz from the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The resulting system can speed up the search process on the Indonesian translation of the Qur’an and Hadith and obtain relevant information.

Abstract: Aplikasi Mobile Hijab Berbasis Android Hybrid ini menampilkan informasi tentang gaya fashion berhijab, tutorial hijab dan artikel-artikel yang membahas masalah yg sering dialami oleh berbagai kalangan. Aplikasi ini dapat di akses secara offline maupun online. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah membuat sebuah aplikasi berbasis mobile yang akan memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat khususnya masyarakat muslimah tentang gaya fashion berhijab dan panduan memakai hijab dengan cara sederhana namun tetap terlihat stylish dan tetap memenuhi syar’i dalam islam . Metode penelitian dimulai dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi dari buku, majalah, dan internet yang dapat menunjang pembuatan aplikasi mobile Hybrid ini.Pembuatan aplikasi ini dibangun pada platform komputer dengan menggunakan peralatan penunjang pembangunan perangkat lunak seperti Eclipse , Android SDK dan Phonegap , aplikasi ini tidak murni berbasis HTML / Javascript, juga tidak murni berbasis Native Programming Languagemaka selanjutnya aplikasi ini akan diimplementasikan ke dalam ponsel pintar atau smartphone. Abstract: Information Retrieval (IR) merupakan pencarian informasi yang biasanya dalam suatu teks dokumen. Pada penelitian ini membahas IR terhadap Al Quran terjemahan Bahasa Indonesia Korpus sinonim (tesaurus) dibentuk untuk mendukung information retrieval agar hasil pencarian menjadi lebih luas. Metode yang digunakan adalah TF-IDF Vector Space Model (VSM) dengan pengembangan pada pembobotan keyword dan proses kueri, yaitu hasil kueri yang menjadi peringkat satu pada hasil pencarian information retrieval dijadikan kueri untuk proses pencarian selanjutnya. Cosine similarity digunakan untuk perhitungan kemiripan dokumen. Pembentukan basis data korpus sinonim (tesaurus) dilakukan dengan cara mengembangkan suatu sistem agar dapat dilakukan secara otomatis. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menguji pencarian ayat Al Quran dalamaplikasi information retrieval dan membandingakan hasil pencarian aplikasi dengan pendapat pakar Al Quran dan Hadist. Persentase keberhasilan pengujian dengan menggunakan 1 kata mencapai 100%. Keberhasilan pencarian pengujian menggunakan lebih dari 1 kata atau sebuah kalimat, pada 10 peringkat teratas dari dokumen yang ditemukan, keberhasilan mencapai 95,6%. Penelitian initelah membuktikan bahwa information retrieval dengan menggunakan korpus sinonim(tesaurus), dan penambahan bobot kata dari keyword pertama yang dicari menambah tingkat relevan, karena secara signifikan memperluas hasil pencarian dan mengeliminir dokumen yang tidak relevan.

Abstract: Recently, data processing by online and real time has been a certainty. This is possible by information technology development, especially regarding to internet. Every companies or business that want to improve must follow the development in order to stay current and not miss the chance in the free-market competition as present. By understanding such condition, in the study, to improve the performance of a company which has not had desktop-based online and real time system information, the system information application is developed to be an online and real-time system information by keep use the existing and more advanced desktop-based system information application to connect every part and branch of the company which is expanded in some areas. It is done without extremely changing the exist system information such as being designed from the scratch and web-based. In development of the system information, the technology used is virtual private network (VPN), in this case, VPN LogMeIn Hamachi. The justification of using the VPN LogMeIn Hamachi technology or application is because it is considered to be safe, easy to install, quick and economic. Abstract: The main problem that occurs with people with hearing impairment is the difficulty of communicating, both among fellow deaf and non-hearing impaired. This difficulty is caused by not all non-hearing impairments have skills in using sign language such as the Sistem Isyarat Bahasa Indonesia (SIBI). The presence of a SIBI dictionary cannot be used practically and less effective if people want to translate sentences to sign language. The goal that will be achieved in this research is to create assistive applications that can change the speech in form of sentences into SIBI so that it can facilitate communication between people with hearing impairment and people with non-hearing impairment. The specific target to be achieved in this research is the creation of an android application that can change the speech in form of sentences into SIBI using morphological analysis with modification of the Enhanced Confix Stripping (ECS) stemming algorithm. The method used consists of literature studies and requirement analysis, Android Speech API integration, parsing the sentence (through morphological analysis with modification of the ECS stemming algorithm), creating SIBI video datasets, testing algorithms, and testing overall. The results showed that the average accuracy of the Android Speech API is 94.06%, the average accuracy rate of morphological analysis with modification of the ECS stemming algorithm is 95%, and the overall level of conformity is 80,71%. These results indicate that overall the speech translator into SIBI is working very well.

Abstract: The Quran search system is a search system that was built to make it easier for Indonesians to find a verse with text by Indonesian pronunciation, this is a solution for users who have difficulty writing or typing Arabic characters. Quran search system with phonetic similarity can make it easier for Indonesian Muslims to find a particular verse. Lafzi was one of the systems that developed the search, then Lafzi was further developed under the name Lafzi+. The Lafzi+ system can handle searches with typo queries but there are still fewer variations regarding typing error types. In this research Lafzi++, an improvement from previous development to handle typographical error types was carried out by applying typo correction using the autocomplete method to correct incorrect queries and Damerau Levenshtein distance to calculate the edit distance, so that the system can provide query suggestions when a user mistypes a search, either in the form of substitution, insertion, deletion, or transposition. Users can also search easily because they use Latin characters according to pronunciation in Indonesian. Based on the evaluation results it is known that the system can be better developed, this can be seen from the accuracy value in each query that is tested can surpass the accuracy of the previous system, by getting the highest recall of 96.20% and the highest Mean Average Precision (MAP) reaching 90.69%. The Lafzi++ system can improve the previous system.

Abstract: Hadith has several levels of authenticity, among which are weak (dhaif), and fabricated (maudhu) hadith that may not originate from the prophet Muhammad PBUH, and thus should not be considered in concluding an Islamic law (sharia). However, many such hadiths have been commonly confused as authentic hadiths among ordinary Muslims. To easily distinguish such hadiths, this paper proposes a method to check the authenticity of a hadith by comparing them with a collection of fabricated hadiths in Indonesian. The proposed method applies the vector space model and also performs spelling correction using symspell to check whether the use of spelling check can improve the accuracy of hadith retrieval, because it has never been done in previous works and typos are common on Indonesian-translated hadiths on the Web and social media raw text. The experiment result shows that the use of spell checking improves the mean average precision and recall to become 81% (from 73%) and 89% (from 80%), respectively. Therefore, the improvement in accuracy by implementing spelling correction make the hadith retrieval system more feasible and encouraged to be implemented in future works because it can correct typos that are common in the raw text on the Internet.

Abstract: Tracer Study (TS) atau yang disebut studi pelacakan merupakan penelurusan lulusan yang terkait dengan informasi kompentensi pendidikan tinggi di lingkungan dunia kerja professional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui outcomes pendidikan tinggi. Hybrid Mobile Application merupakan aplikasi web yang ditransformasikan menjadi kode native pada platform seperti iOS atau Android, dengan hybrid aplication proses loading dan kinerja akan menjadi lebih cepat. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) adalah sebuah skema yang memungkinkan komunikasi antar aplikasi dilakukan secara loosely-coupled , artinya masing-masing pihak tidak perlu punya ketergantungan yang tinggi satu sama lain. Aplikasi Hybrid Mobile Tracer Study dibangun dengan menggunakan metode SOA, dengan metode SOA tersebut dihasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang mempunyai service-service yang terintegrasi. Abstract: The holy Quran as a scripture and the source of law must be believed by more than one billion Muslim in the world. To be a good Muslim, someone must be able to understand the contents of the Quran and underlie all of their activity to the guidance that is in the Quran. However, the holy Quran is scripture that is very long document and derived in Arabic. Thus it can cause ordinary people those who do not understand Arabic find it increasingly difficult to find specific topics to learn the contents content of the Qur'an. This research aims to develop a web-based verse search system for Al-Qur'an. This paper proposed Quran information retrieval software which is integrated with clustering algorithm to ease Muslim to discover the relevant information in Quran verse by grouping the Quran verse into their own similar group. This proposed hybrid Quran information retrieval is composed of two main parts namely Quran indexing and Quran information searching.
