Abstract: Financing school education is one of the issues faced by many countries, this is related to inclusive education, namely education for all people. This article was written to review three financial journals in schools, the evaluation of this article aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses contained in these three articles. The results of the three journals show that there must be an active role for the government in implementing loan schemes for students and support to schools so that the number of education participation can increase significantly.

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap produktiivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Lion Mentari Airlines Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktiivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 37,8%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,184 > 1,998). Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktiivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 51,6%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,199 > 1,998). Pelatihan dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktiivitas kerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6,954 + 0,307X1 + 0,530X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 60,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (47,275 > 2,750)

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh liquiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap return saham pada Perusahaan Real Estate dan Property yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purpose sampling dengan menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini liquiditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham, nilai detirminasi sebesar 4,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung t tabel atau (5,061 > 1,992). Liquiditas dan profitabilitas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham dengan persamaan regresi Y = -331,113 - 197,108X1 + 395,266X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 25,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (13,090 > 2,730).

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Berkah Cemerlang di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 53,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,616 > 2,009). Pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 45,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,408 > 2,009). Kompetensi dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7,939 + 0,417X1 + 0,390X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 63,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (42,449 > 2,790).

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian reward terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Muslim Galeri Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel pemberian reward diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,402 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,838 dengan kriteria baik. Pemberian reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 9,047 + 0,862X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,774 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 59,9%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kata Kunci: Pemberian Reward, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract: This research aims to determine the role of job satisfaction as a mediator of the relationship between principal supervision and compensation for teacher performance. The research design used a quantitative approach to causality. To obtain research data using documentation instruments and distributing questionnaires online. The sample used in the study was 215 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented towards a non-probability sampling approach using a purposive sampling formula. To test the mediating effect of satisfaction and the relationship between principal supervision and compensation on teacher performance, a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach is used using partial least squares. Under the research results, It was found that the fact that principal supervision had a significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance. Then compensation also has a significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance. The findings of the mediation effect state that job satisfaction successfully mediates the relationship between principal supervision and compensation for teacher performance

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing on school performance, the influence of innovation on school performance and the influence of digital marketing on school performance. The analytical method used in this research is structural equation modeling (SEM) to determine the causal relationship between latent variables contained in structural equations. The analysis tool used is with the help of Smart PLS. The method used in this research is quantitative methods, data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to the teacher. The results of the questionnaire returned were 150 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that innovation has a significant effect on teacher performance, digital marketing has no significant effect on teacher performance, digital marketing has a significant effect on innovation.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously between Competence, Work Discipline and Motivation Against Teacher Performance at Sasmita Jaya 1 Vocational School Pamulang, South Tangerang City The method in this research is associative type with descriptive and quantitative approaches The population and sample in this study were 108 respondents and used census sampling techniques to determine the number of samples The analytical tool uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24 Software The results of the study found the level of influence between the variables of competence, work discipline and motivation on performance of 0731 and enter into intervals between 0600-0799 with a strong influence level, meaning competence, work discipline and motivation has a strong level of influence on performance And the contribution of competence, work discipline and motivation to performance by 535% and the remaining 465% is influenced by other factors outside the research variable model such as compensation, training, work environment and others Of the three independent variables (competence, work discipline and motivation), the work discipline variable had the biggest contribution to performance by 475% and the lowest contribution was given the competency variable by 363%

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penllaian kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jaya Mandiri Rekabuana di Cilandak. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel penllaian kerja diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,811 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,911 dengan kriteria baik. Penllaian kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 9,701 + 0,326X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,649 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 42,1%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.
