Abstract: This study aims (1) to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction, (2) to know the effect of customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty, (3) to know the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty, (4) to determine the effect of mediating customer satisfaction on influence quality of service to consumer loyalty at the Palembang Horison Ultima Hotel. The population in this study were consumers of the Horison Ultima Palembang Hotel with a purposive sampling method sampling with 200 respondents. data collection techniques using a questionnaire. data analysis using path analysis. from this study it can be concluded that (1) service quality affects consumer satisfaction, (2) service quality affects consumer loyalty, (3) consumer satisfaction influences consumer loyalty, and (4) customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty at the hotel horsion ultima palembang. Keyword: service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty INTRODUCTION Rapid technological developments, which affect economic growth and business competition in all parts of the world. This also affects Indonesia, as the largest archipelagic country in the world. Economic development in Indonesia is also greatly increasing, especially in the service sector industry. One of the service sectors that is a mainstay of Indonesia is the tourism industry which is one of the industries that promises rapid economic growth. Hotels are companies or business entities that provide lodging services, food and beverage providers, and other service facilities where all services are intended for the general public, whether they stay overnight at the hotel or those who only use certain facilities owned by the hotel. described as one of the service companies that prioritizes service to customers. Increasing competition between hotels causes each hotel to try to provide the best quality and service to its customers. A hospitality service company can be said to be successful if it is able to provide services or services that can meet or exceed customer expectations (Kotler (2013: p.83). Service quality is an important matter to be considered by a hospitality business, because it is one service business that is not easy to manage in providing good facilities and services for its guests. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of advertising and personal selling on increasing brand awareness in Vocational high school YPT Palembang Development Schools. The population in this study is the students guardians. Vocational high school Pembangunan YPT Palembang Vocational Data collection technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 student guardians. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires and the analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that Advertising and Personal Selling partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on brand awareness in Vocational high school Pembangunan YPT Palembang. Suggestions that can be given in this study are the management of the Vocational high school Pembangunan YPT Palembang can fulfill the improvement of the quality of teachers and the completeness of teaching and learning facilities and promotion activities both through the media and directly, so that the quality of graduates and the quantity of new students continue to increase.

Abstract: This study aimed to examine the effect of capital structure which was proxied by debt equity ratio, and debt asset ratio; and dividend policy which was proxied by dividend payout ratio to the company value which was proxied by price earnings ratio and price book value. The sample of this study was 35 manufacturing companies in the period of 2013-2017 which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with 175 data observations. The analysis used was a quantitative approach with a panel data regression model with an estimated random effect model that had been fulfilled through a hausmant test and a lagrange multiplier test. The results showed that the debt equity ratio had a positive and significant effect on the price earnings ratio, while the debt asset ratio and dividend payout ratio had a negative and significant effect on the price earnings ratio. The debt equity ratio had a positive and significant effect on the price book value, and the debt asset ratio had a negative and significant effect on the price book value, but the dividend payout ratio did not significantly influence the price book value. The conclusions of the study had provided an illustration that the capital structure and dividend policy were considered in the establishment of the firm value.

Abstract: This study aims to find factors that affecting customers’ preference in choosing Islamic bank. The data is collected through questionnaires spread to Islamic banks’ customers in seven cities and district in South Sumatera. The total questionnaires that can be used in the analysis is 509 questionnaires. The data is then analysed using mean ranking to see the factors that prioritized by the customers. The finding shows that staff friendliness, shariah compliance and fast and efficient banking service are found to be the factors that considered important by the customers. The customers also show a little concern on interest loan and saving offered by Islamic banks as they rank very low in the mean score ranking. This study gives insight to policy makers on factors that need attention in increasing the market share of Islamic banks in Indonesia.

Abstract: Purpose of the study: This paper investigates factors that influence the Muslims’ intention to adopt Islamic banking and to examine whether religiosity moderates the effect of those factors toward the Muslim's intention to adopt Islamic banking in South Sumatera. Methodology: Primary data collected from six towns/districts in South Sumatera are obtained through questionnaires with the total respondents of 300. Using multiple regression analysis, we test whether attitude, social influence, bank reputation, and compliance on Islamic principles can affect the Muslims’ intention in using Islamic banking. Main Findings: We further crosscheck our findings through an interview with some of the respondents. We find that attitude, reputation, and compliance affect the intention to adopt Islamic banking significantly, whereas social influence is found to be insignificant. Our further finding explains that religiosity, which is represented by the dimension of Syariah and Ahlaq, cannot moderate the effect of an independent variable on the dependent variable. Implications of this study: This implies that in increasing Islamic bank market share, managers of Islamic banks and also government cannot solely depend on religious factors. Our findings give insights to practitioners and regulators on what factors can affect Muslims’ intention to use Islamic banking. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study contributes as it extends the existing literature, any factors influencing the interest and intention of the Muslim community to adopt sharia banking as their banking activities. Some studies look at the direct effect of religiosity toward Islamic banking, however, it is different from previous studies because we put religiosity as a moderating variable.

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh keputusan investasi (PER), keputusan pendanaan (DER), dan kebijakan dividen (DPR) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 tahun yaitu mulai 2012-2015. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2012-2015. Dari populasi sebanyak 144 perusahaan manufaktur diperoleh 15 perusahaan manufaktur sebagai sampel dengan periode pengamatan selama 4 tahun (2012-2015). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji kelayakan model (Goodness of Fit) menyatakan bahwa keputusan investasi (PER), keputusan pendanaan (DER), dan kebijakan dividen (DPR) merupakan variabel yang layak digunakan untuk menjelaskan variabel nilai perusahaan (PBV). Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel keputusan investasi (PER) dan variabel keputusan pendanaan (DER) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), sedangkan variabel kebijakan dividen (DPR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV).

Based on watchfulness result and discussion that done so can be pulled conclusion that service quality that cover variable variabel tangible (physical aspect), reliabilitas (reliability aspect), responsive (conception), assurance (guarantee aspect) and empathy (attention aspect) influential towards motorcycle wash service customer satisfaction and car Buring Ban Malang. Variable assurance (guarantee aspect) give biggest contribution towards satisfaction motorcycle wash service customers and car Buring Ban Malang.
