Polymer support oligonucleotide synthesis XVIII1.2): use of β-cyanoethyi-N,N-dialkylamino-/N-morpholino phosphoramidite of deoxynucleosides for the synthesis of DNA fragments simplifying deprotection and isolation of the final product

TL;DR: Various 5'O-N-protected deoxynucleoside-3'-O-beta-cyanoethyl-N,N-dialkylamino-/N- morpholinophosphoramidites were prepared from beta-Cyanoethyl monochlorophosphors of N, N-dimethylamine, N, n-diisopropylamine and N-morpholine to provide stability in solution for automated DNA-synthesis.
Journal ArticleDOI

β-Cyanoethyl N,N-dialkylamino/N-morpholinomonochloro phosphoamidites, new phosphitylating agents facilitating ease of deprotection and work-up of synthesized oligonucleotides

TL;DR: In this article, β-Cyanoethyl monochlorophosphoamidites of the secondary amines N, N-dmethylamine, N,N-diisopropylamine and morpholine have been prepared which showed quantitative phosphitylation of the protected deoxynucleosides.
Journal ArticleDOI

Polymer support oligonucleotide synthesis-XV: Synthesis of oligodeoxynucleotides on controlled pore glass (CPG) using phosphate and a new phosphite triester approach☆☆☆

TL;DR: In this paper, controlled pore glass (CPG) has been functionalized with suitably protected deoxynucleosides and used to synthesize d(TTTATT) and d(CATCAGGAAGT) following the phosphate triester approach with 1-(mesitylene-2-sulfonyl)-3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole (MSNT) as condensing agent and ZnBr2; as detritylating agent.
Journal ArticleDOI

Polymer support oligonucleotide synthesis. XX: Synthesis of a henhectacosa deoxynucleotide by use of a dimeric phosphoramidite synthon

TL;DR: In this article, the synthesis of a model oligodeoxynucleotide containing 101 nucleotide units using a polymer supported synthesis on controlled pore glass (CPG) is described.
Journal ArticleDOI

Purification orientated synthesis of oligodeoxynucleotides in solution

TL;DR: A liquid phase carrier (LPC) was used as purification handle for the separation of phosphotriester condensation products by Sephadex LH 20 gel filtration chromatography as mentioned in this paper.
