"Naive" Quark-Pair-Creation Model of Strong-Interaction Vertices

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors formulate the vacuum quark-pair-creation model (QPC) of strong-interaction vertices (Micu, Carlitz and Kislinger) in terms of the harmonic-oscillator spatial-SU(6) wave functions and an explicit vacuum quarks-antiquark transition matrix (both displaying the quark internal momenta).
Journal ArticleDOI

Naive quark pair creation model and baryon decays

TL;DR: In this paper, the naive quark-pair-creation model was shown to correctly describe the observed centrifugal-barrier effect in the baryon decays in which more than one partial wave contributes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Strong decays of ψdblac; (4.028) as a radial excitation of charmonium

TL;DR: The decay rates of ψdblac; (4.028)→ D D, D D ∗ + D D * ∗, D ∠, D * * ∆ D ∆ can be fairly well understood with the assignment this state as a second radial excitation of charmonium as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Why is ψ(4.414) so narrow

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors showed that the contribution from P-wave charmed mesons can be suppressed either by phase space or by the nodes if their masses lie within a certain range.
