TL;DR: Chemoembolization in patients with unresectable HCC achieved OS close to 30 months at 5 years, independent of the technique employed, and similar overall costs but better tolerance of the DEB-TACE justified the higher costs of the procedure.

TL;DR: In this article, a prospective, observational study into medication errors was carried out on 308 hospitalised patients, of which 107 patients had at least one medication discrepancy (34.7%), and the most common cause was forgettingfulness or a lack of attention to detail (53.3%).

Pharmacogenetic study of ABCB1 and CYP3A5 genes during the first year following heart transplantation regarding tacrolimus or cyclosporine levels.

TL;DR: The P ABCB1 gene seem to not be relevant for long-term dose adjustment in patients, but to show an effect during the first 4 months, at this point, patients treated with cyclosporine, showed a significant effect.
