Measurements of spin correlation in top-antitop quark events from proton-proton collisions at √s = 7 TeV using the ATLAS detector

Georges Aad, +2898 more
TL;DR: In this article, measurements of spin correlation in top quark pair production are presented using data collected with the ATLAS detector at the LHC with proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 7 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.6 fb(-1).
Journal ArticleDOI

Rapidity-alignment and p T compensation of particle pairs in hadronic Z 0 decays

Jalal Abdallah, +378 more
- 09 May 2002 -
TL;DR: In this paper, a rapidity-alignment of kipix, kpp, and kx pairs with respect to the direction from primary quark to antiquark is investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Study of double-tagged gamma gamma events at LEPII

Jalal Abdallah, +369 more
TL;DR: In this paper, double-tagged interactions of photons with virtualities between 10 GeV2 and 200GeV2 are studied with the data collected by DELPHI at LEPII from 1998 to 2000, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 550 pb(-1) The gamma*gamma* -> mu(+)mu(-) data agree with QED predictions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Production of Xi_c^0 and Xi_b in Z decays and lifetime measurement of Xi_b

TL;DR: In this paper, the charmed strange baryon Xi_c^0 was searched for in the decay channel Xi-c^ 0 -> Xi- pi+, and the beautiful baryons Xi_b in the inclusive channel Xi_ b → Xi- l- anti-nu X, using the 3.5 million hadronic Z events collected by the DELPHI experiment in the years 1992--1995.
Journal ArticleDOI

Search for fermiophobic Higgs bosons in final states with photons at LEP 2

TL;DR: In this paper, the DELPHI detector at center-of-mass energies between 183 GeV and 209 GeV was used to search for Higgs boson production with subsequent decay to photons.
