Journal ArticleDOI

Highly sensitive SnO2 thin film NO2 gas sensor operating at low temperature

TL;DR: In this article, the structural and morphological properties of thin nano-crystalline SnO 2 and WO 3 -doped SnO2 films are investigated using XRD, TEM and AFM.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of indium-doped SnO2 nanoparticles on NO2 gas sensing properties

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of indium doping in SnO2 thin films was investigated using XRD, TEM, and AFM studies and it was shown that indium-doped SnO 2 thin films improved the sensor response and selectivity towards NO2 gas at a low operating temperature and resolved the problem of agglomeration of particles that is responsible for the lowering of sensor response.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of MoO3 addition on the NO2 sensing properties of SnO2 thin films

TL;DR: In this paper, the gas sensing properties of MoO 3 (1, 5, 10, 20, and 20-wt%) added SnO 2 thin films prepared by a sol-gel spin coating process on float glass substrates are examined.
Journal ArticleDOI

Role of surface properties of MoO3-doped SnO2 thin films on NO2 gas sensing

TL;DR: In this paper, the role of surface morphology of MoO 3 -doped SnO 2 thin film on the gas sensing properties is analyzed, and a good correlation is found between the characteristics of the surface and gas-sensing properties of these films.
