TL;DR: In this article, the magnetic properties of the inorganic polynitrile metal complexes have been studied in the 2-300 K range and the magnetic data indicated high spin complexes with weak antiferromagnetic interactions in 2, 3 and 4 and a significant zero field splitting of the Fe(II) ion in 1.

TL;DR: The reaction of (η 5 -C 5 H 5 ) 2 NbCl 2 with P 4 S 10 in an alcohol ROH affords two types of compounds: (1) paramagnetic niobium(IV) complexes formulated as [(η5 -C5 H 5 ] 2 nb[S 2 P(OR) 2 ]] + PF − 6 ] as discussed by the authors.
