TL;DR: In this paper, the authors propose to adapt education 4.0 with solid steps to reach society 5.0 by giving public schools more autonomy, freedom and responsibility, which will lead to poor student performance, high youth unemployment, which cause severe social problems and the economy of the economy.
Abstract: Education in Mexico has not evolved in the way it is taught and evaluated. In the historical moment that postmodernism enters, it has not been possible to adapt to Information and Communication Technologies ( ICT ) , or rapid technological innovation, or changes and trends in the industry, to the sharing economy or the rise of distance races. In its analysis, an essential deficiency is detected in the current education models, and it is detected that educational freedom is nil or scarce, which has led to poor student performance, high youth unemployment, which cause severe social problems and the economy of the economy. The current government is working closely with the private sector to connect education and promote employment. It is necessary to grant public schools more autonomy, freedom and responsibility. This paper explains how to act so that Mexico can adapt education 4.0 with solid steps to reach society 5.0.

TL;DR: The design of architecture specifically for a 3D Virtual Environment, using an artificial intelligence technique, in this case, an Intelligent Reactive Agent is proposed, developed from a Videogame architecture.
Abstract: The development of applications with Virtual Reality technology is currently on the rise. However, there is no formal methodology or architecture for the creation of this type of systems. However, to solve the problem, traditional information systems methodologies, traditional information systems methodologies are used that have been adapted to the development of this type of applications, which has caused a waste of the resources that these technologies offer. That is why we propose the design of architecture specifically for a 3D Virtual Environment, using an artificial intelligence technique, in this case, an Intelligent Reactive Agent. The proposed architecture was developed from a Videogame architecture.

TL;DR: Machlup defined knowledge as "any human (or human-induced) activity designed to create, alter, or confirm in a human mind-one's own or anyone else's-a meaningful apperception, awareness, cognizance, or consciousness of whatever it may be" as discussed by the authors.
Abstract: by Fritz Machlup. Princeton, New Jersey: Princeton University Press, 1962. Pp. xx+416. $7.50. In this book Professor Machlup has twice defined knowledge as \"any human (or human-induced) activity designed to create, alter, or confirm in a human mind-one's own or anyone else's-a meaningful apperception, awareness, cognizance, or consciousness of whatever it may be.\" Though the term \"distribution\" appears in his title, it is in fact subsumed under knowledge production; Machlup is using \"distribution\" in the sense of knowledge transmission or diffusion as a process, which becomes part of \"production\" in economic analysis through exactly the same logic that identifies retailing, for example, as an economically \"productive\" activity. Knowledge production is thus defined to include many types of activities: transporting (e.g., postal services), transforming, data-processing, interpreting, and analyzing, as well as the original creation of new knowledge by discovery or invention. Machlup's concern is with three tasks: 1. A reasoned introductory presentation of concepts and types of knowledge. This analysis provides the broad framework and criteria for selection of what is to be included as knowledge-producing. 2. The measurement of the components of knowledge production and its share in gross national product or national income. This task occupies the bulk of the book. 3. The presentation of a program of school reform. Although the definition of knowledge cuts an exceedingly wide swath, Machlup narrows his task to manageable proportions by

Abstract: digital signal processing a computer based approach is available in our digital library an online access to it is set as public so you can download it instantly. Our books collection saves in multiple countries, allowing you to get the most less latency time to download any of our books like this one. Merely said, the digital signal processing a computer based approach is universally compatible with any devices to read.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed and studied the scheduling policies for master-driven time division duplex (TDD) wireless networks in which the frequency band is divided into time slots, and each end (i.e., master or slave) takes turns in using the time slots.
Abstract: Motivated by the emerging standards for indoor pico-cellular wireless systems, such as the Bluetooth, we propose and study the scheduling policies for master driven time division duplex (TDD) wireless networks. In these networks, the frequency band is divided into time slots, and each end (i.e., master or slave) takes turns in using the time slots. In Bluetooth, a slave transmits packets in the reverse slot only after the master polls the slave in a forward slot (by sending data to it). The conventional scheduling policies such as round robin do not perform well in these systems as they are not suited to the tight coupling of the uplink-downlink. We propose new scheduling policies, (i) the priority scheme, and, (ii) the K-fairness scheme that utilize the state at the master and slaves to schedule the TDD slots effectively. Active slaves are differentiated based upon the binary information (i.e., the presence or absence of packets in a slave queue) about the master-slave queue pairs. The priority scheme achieves high throughput as compared to the packet-by-packet generalized processor sharing (PGPS) based policies while guaranteeing a minimal service to each active slave while the K-fairness policy is characterized by a tight fairness bound as well as high system throughput. We then extend these policies for scheduling variable size data in the presence of voice. Further, since Bluetooth supports variable size data packets (1, 3 or 5 slots) on the same connections, the segmentation and reassembly (SAR) can significantly impact scheduling of data packets by varying packet size distribution. We propose an intelligent SAR policy (ISAR) and compare it with the naive random-SAR in which the data packet sizes (i.e., 1, 3 or 5) are assigned probabilistically. ISAR adapts MAC packet size at the master and slave queues depending on the data arrival rates at both the queues.
