Journal ArticleDOI

NiO/Perovskite Heterojunction Contact Engineering for Highly Efficient and Stable Perovskite Solar Cells

TL;DR: A CsBr buffer layer is inserted between NiOx hole transport layer and perovskite layer to relieve the lattice mismatch induced interface stress and induce more ordered crystal growth and improve the device stability.
Journal ArticleDOI

Interface engineering of low temperature processed all-inorganic CsPbI2Br perovskite solar cells toward PCE exceeding 14%

TL;DR: In this article, a low temperature solution process was used to obtain high quality CsPbI2Br films and fabricate devices with a facile n-i-p structure.
Journal ArticleDOI

Highly Efficient and Stable Planar Perovskite Solar Cells with Modulated Diffusion Passivation Toward High Power Conversion Efficiency and Ultrahigh Fill Factor

TL;DR: In this paper, a 2D/3D perovskite with modulated diffusion passivation by introducing phenylethylammonium iodide (PEAI) and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) additive, which could effectively enhance device performance and long-term stability, is demonstrated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Improve the oxide/perovskite heterojunction contact for low temperature high efficiency and stable all-inorganic CsPbI2Br perovskite solar cells

TL;DR: In this article, all-inorganic CsPbI2Br PSCs based on ZnO/perovskite heterojunction contact have been successfully realized at low temperature process below 150°C and delivered an excellent power efficiency conversion of 14.78% with a high open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 1.21V and a truly extraordinary fill factor (FF) of 81.42%.
