TL;DR: This paper presents a solution to support strategic processes in a PSEE by providing a flexible guidance during process enactment and shows that supporting processes is more concerned with the flexibility of guidance offered during the process performance than with enforcement of a collection of predefined process models.
Abstract: Process-centred Software Engineering Environments (PSEE) are the most recent generation of environments supporting software development activities. Most of PSEE are based on mechanisms promoting enforcement and automation of process activities. In this kind of mechanisms the process models are prescribed in a detailed and complete way. But the experience shows that supporting processes is more concerned with the flexibility of guidance offered during the process performance than with enforcement of a collection of predefined process models. In this paper, we present a solution to support strategic processes in a PSEE by providing a flexible guidance during process enactment.

TL;DR: In this article, a search for the neutral Higgs boson in the mass range above 11 GeV (above the H 0 →b b threshold), using the process Z0→H0e+e−, Z0 →H0μ+μ− and Z 0 → H 0 v v, is performed on data collected by the ALEPH detector corresponding to about 25 000 events of Z0-hadrons.

TL;DR: In this paper, a search for supersymmetric particles using acoplanar pairs of oppositely-charged particles in decays of the Z0 peak was performed, where approximately four are expected from background, allowing limits to be extended on combined photino and slepton masses.

TL;DR: In this paper, a search for Z0→hadrons decays into pairs of possible new heavy quarks (t and b′), new heavy charged leptons (L±), stable heavy neutral leptonons (νL) and unstable heavy NPs (L0), allowing for both charged-current and flavor-changing neutral-current decays of the b′.

TL;DR: The light scalar Higgs boson h and the pseudoscalar h and A of the minimal supersymmetric standard model have been searched for in the processes e+e−→hff and e+ e−→ hA using data collected by ALEPH at the LEP e−e− collider, with center of mass energies at and near the Z peak as mentioned in this paper.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present a knowledge management system for system restoration in Hydro-Quebec, which is made up of two modules: the knowledge engineering module, whereby modeling can be done of the system restoration strategy and known solutions in a knowledge base, and the planning module whereby system restoration plans can be drawn up based on the unavailability of power system equipment.

TL;DR: In this article, the properties of the Z resonance from 62 500Z decays into fermion pairs collected with the ALEPH detector at LEP, the Large Electron-Positron storage ring at CERN, were reported.
Abstract: We report on the properties of theZ resonance from 62 500Z decays into fermion pairs collected with the ALEPH detector at LEP, the Large Electron-Positron storage ring at CERN. We findMZ=(91.193±0.016exp±0.030LEP) GeV, ΓZ=(2497±31) MeV, σhad0=(41.86±0.66)nb, and for the partial widths Γinv=(489±24) MeV, Γhad(1754±27) MeV, Γee=(85.0±1.6)MeV, Γμμ=(80.0±2.5) MeV, and Γττ=(81.3±2.5) MeV, all in good agreement with the Standard Model. Assuming lepton universality and using a lepton sample without distinction of the final state we measure Γu=(84.3±1.3) MeV. The forward-backward asymmetry in leptonic decays is used to determine the vector and axial-vector weak coupling constants of leptors,gv2(MZ2)=(0.12±0.12)×10−2 andgA2(MZ2)=0.2528±0.0040. The number of light neutrino species isNν=2.91±0.13; the electroweak mixing angle is sin2θW(MZ2)=0.2291±0.0040.

TL;DR: Transmission-electron-microscopy results show that the structure belongs to a monoclinic system that is different from reports by other groups and in agreement with the x-ray-diffraction analysis.
Abstract: The high-${\mathit{T}}_{\mathit{c}}$ (110-K) superconducting phase in the Pb-Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O has been isolated and its structural and physical properties investigated. Transmission-electron-microscopy results show that the structure belongs to a monoclinic system that is different from reports by other groups and in agreement with our x-ray-diffraction analysis. The refined crystal data are a=3.779 \AA{}, b=3.834 \AA{}, c=37.150 \AA{}, \ensuremath{\alpha}=\ensuremath{\beta}=90\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}, \ensuremath{\gamma}=90\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{} 51', V=538.5 A${\mathrm{\r{}}}^{3}$, space group I112. Based on the resistivity, magnetization, critical-field, and specific-heat measurements, various parameters characterizing the monophase superconductors were determined or derived. Some of them are listed as follows: ${\mathit{T}}_{\mathit{c}\mathit{e}}$ (endpoint)=107 K, ${\mathit{T}}_{\mathit{c}\mathit{m}}$ (midpoint)=110 K, \ensuremath{\Delta}C (specific heat jump at 107 K)=5.3 J/mol K, \ensuremath{\gamma} (the Sommerfeld constant) =34.6 mJ/mol ${\mathrm{K}}^{2}$, FTHETA (Debye temperature)=418 K, ${\mathit{H}}_{\mathit{c}1}$(0)=900 G, ${\mathit{H}}_{\mathit{c}2}$(0)=184 T, and ${\mathit{J}}_{\mathit{c}}$(1.5 K, 0 T)=4.8\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}${10}^{4}$ A/${\mathrm{cm}}^{2}$, etc. Morphology, thermal analysis, and pressure effects of the sample are also mentioned.
