Journal ArticleDOI

Transcriptomics of the depressed and PTSD brain.

TL;DR: This article reviewed the state of the field focusing on the technologies used to study the transcriptome for the stress neurobiologist, and also attempt to identify central questions about the heterogeneity of stress for those applying transcriptomic approaches.
Journal ArticleDOI

Single Cell Genomic Analysis Reveals Cell Type-Specific Molecular Signatures in the Human PTSD Prefrontal Cortex

TL;DR: In this article , the molecular biology of the post-mortem PTSD brain using bulk-tissue transcriptomic analyses is described. But given the array of PTSD-perturbed molecular pathways identified it is unlikely that a single cell type is responsible.
Journal ArticleDOI

Translator: A Transfer Learning Approach to Facilitate Single-Cell ATAC-Seq Data Analysis from Reference Dataset

TL;DR: Translator is presented, an efficient transfer learning approach to capture generalizable chromatin interactions from high-quality (HQ) reference scATAC-seq data to obtain robust cell representations in low-to-moderate quality target scATac-seqData, and could learn more biologically meaningful cell representations than other methods.
