Siswa kelas satu sekolah dasar belum terbiasa dengan suasana di kelas barunya sehingga perlu penyesuaian dalam bersikap. Sangat terbatas sekali riset yang membahas tentang strategi guru membantu siswa menyesuaikan diri pada tahun pertama sekolah dasar khususnya daerah pedesaan yang memiliki sejumlah tantangan. Penelitian grounded theory, salah satu tradisi penelitian kualitatif, digunakan untuk mengembangkan penelitian ini. Total ada 18 siswa SD yang mulai tahun pertama masuk sekolah tahun ini. Data observasi dikumpulkan dari para peserta. Setelah mendapatkan semua izin yang diperlukan dari sekolah setempat, anak-anak yang berpartisipasi, guru, dan orang tua, dilakukan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: Open Coding, Axial Coding, dan Selective Coding. Hasil riset ini menunjukkan bahwa pada konteks sekolah dasar pedesaan, guru dapat melakukan 10 strategi membantu siswa melakukan penyesuaian sikap. Strategi-strategi tersebut adalah aturan untuk ijin berbicara, komunikasi interpersonal, pemberian pujian dan self evaluation, menjanjikan reward, pemberian tugas yang dikerjakan bersama “lawan”, guru, atau mandiri, menanamkan konsep sharing is caring, pemberian contoh dan acuan dari teman sebaya, dan melihati siswa

Strategi Guru Membantu Siswa dalam Melakukan Penyesuaian Sikap: Studi pada Siswa Tahun Pertama Sekolah Dasar Pedesaan

Background: Declining birth rates have become a challenge for many countries around the world. This study aimed to analyze the influencing factors of the sustainable development of the maternity insurance system and find ways to promote higher birth rates. Methods: We used four multi-stakeholder workshops and in-depth interviews to bring together three groups of people: maternity insurance system developers, implementers, and researchers. Then, we analyzed the factors influencing the sustainability of the maternity insurance system using grounded theory. Results: In this study, the most powerful and effective intervention measures for China in the short term include the policy of merging national health insurance with maternity insurance and a dynamic payment rate policy. In the long term, expanding the coverage of the maternity insurance system and improving the management level of the maternity insurance fund are effective intervention measures. Conclusion: This study subdivides the factors influencing the sustainable development of the maternity insurance system, which has certain theoretical significance and can be used as the theoretical basis for quantitative and empirical research model construction in the future.

Strategies for Revitalizing Social Venture Ecosystem Based on Social Innovation Theory

A Case Study on the Social Enterprise : Letʼs Go「Fair Travel」

While the exponential growth of entrepreneurial ecosystem research has dramatically increased our understanding of the role of context in entrepreneurial outcomes, our knowledge of entrepreneurial ecosystems and environmentally sustainable entrepreneurship is still fragmented. There is ambiguity on how entrepreneurial ecosystems influence sustainable entrepreneurship and what factors facilitate or constrain sustainable entrepreneurship. We attempt to take stock of the extant scholarship on entrepreneurial ecosystems and synthesize studies examining their linkages with sustainability. We systematically reviewed 77 articles identified in the World of Science and Scopus databases to discuss the main themes. The content analysis uncovered four key themes: (a) how entrepreneurial ecosystems become more sustainable, (b) the role of entrepreneurs, (c) the role of universities, and (d) the outcomes of sustainable ecosystems. The findings reveal that interactions between different actors, including customers, suppliers, institutions, governments, and universities, can result in a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem. The novelty of our study arises from integrating extant studies on entrepreneurial ecosystem and sustainability in a systematic and replicable manner. We observed heightened attention to the environmental challenges in ecosystem literature and entrepreneurs' expanded roles in generating ecological and social value. Future studies can further evaluate the effectiveness of entrepreneurial ecosystems to examine whether creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem has a similar value while achieving sustainable development goals across varied contexts.

Connecting the dots? Entrepreneurial ecosystems and sustainable entrepreneurship as pathways to sustainability

The social venture ecosystem is important for the growth and sustainability of social ventures. This study aims to expand our understanding of the sustainable success and growth of social ventures by analyzing both their internal and external factors using interviews with social venture entrepreneurs and stakeholders in the ecosystem. A qualitative research method is employed to examine the interviewees’ perspectives, and the data were analyzed using the framework of grounded theory. The three-step grounded theory process was performed via open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The study findings are drawn by organizing the outline according to this coding method. Entrepreneurs’ awareness and willingness to solve social problems led to a sense of challenge, and the formation and maintenance of business models in the preparation stage positively affected the performance of social ventures through internal corporate resources and external cooperation. The study is of academic significance in that it presents a diversified dynamic concept of sustainability of social ventures compared to previous studies, which have been only fragmented studies. It also presents a number of managerial implications for sustainable development and the constant growth of social ventures.

The Effect of Beauty Influencers’ Characteristics and Product Characteristics on New Product Acceptance Intentions : Focusing on Chinese Consumers

This study began with the development of the 4th Industrial Revolution technology and interest in metaverses. The purpose of the study is to find out marketing through the convergence of fashion luxury brands and metaverses. In addition, the purpose is to study new types of communication about metaverse marketing by studying marketing cases by brand. 
Therefore, research was conducted through literature, previous studies, and press releases of domestic and foreign media. Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, and Dolce & Gabbana, who have released a number of virtual fashion products and are actively engaged in meta-bus marketing, were analyzed. As a result of the study, various brands that used traditional marketing and communication were conducting new ways of marketing. 
Gucci has released Gucci Villa in Geppetto, various digital collections and games. Louis Vuitton has released a game commemorating the 200th anniversary of Louis Vuitton's birth. The story of the brand was naturally melted into the game, and NFT items were also released. 
Burberry introduced Burberry's characters to the game and released NFT items. Dolce & Gabbana has released an NFT collection that can be used in the real world and in the meta-bus virtual reality. Based on these research results, fashion luxury brands were expanding their marketing and communication areas more diversely. 
It can also be expected that new communication can be developed in the future.
