Journal ArticleDOI

JASP: Graphical Statistical Software for Common Statistical Designs

TL;DR: This paper introduces JASP, a free graphical software package for basic statistical procedures such as t tests, ANOVAs, linear regression models, and analyses of contingency tables that provides some of the recent developments in Bayesian hypothesis testing and Bayesian parameter estimation.
Journal ArticleDOI

A Bayesian approach for estimating the probability of trigger failures in the stop-signal paradigm.

TL;DR: A Bayesian model is introduced that enables researchers to simultaneously estimate the probability of trigger failures and the entire distribution of stopping latencies and demonstrates that trigger failures are clearly present in two previous studies, and that ignoring them distorts estimates of stopped latencies.
Journal ArticleDOI

Default “Gunel and Dickey” Bayes factors for contingency tables

TL;DR: This work outlines an alternative, Bayes factor method to quantify the evidence for and against the hypothesis of independence in R×C contingency tables, and describes different sampling models for contingency tables.
