Degree of twisting and duration of symptoms are prognostic factors of testis salvage during episodes of testicular torsion
Adam S. Howe,Adam S. Howe,Vinaya Vasudevan,Michael Kongnyuy,Kevin Rychik,Lisa A. Thomas,Maria Matuskova,Steven C. Friedman,Jordan Gitlin,Jordan Gitlin,Edward F. Reda,Edward F. Reda,Lane S. Palmer,Lane S. Palmer +13 more
TL;DR: Two separate formulas were able to derive separate formulas to determine the viability of the torsed testis based on symptom duration and degrees of twisting, and it was found that about 1 out of every 4 testes undergoes atrophy after orchiopexy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Barriers to use of semen analysis in the adolescent with a varicocele: Survey of patient, parental, and practitioner attitudes
