TL;DR: In this article, the authors describe the advantages of and threats associated with outsourcing services, under which conditions the outsourcing will allow the company to gain maximum benefit therefrom and how these services affect the company's organizational activity.
Abstract: Despite its relative maturity – more than 15 years of development – the outsourcing sector remains understudied. Companies that provide outsourcing services are few and far between and only several companies engage in this practice on a large scale. In Russia, the pioneers of outsourcing of business processes (and many of its other types) were foreign companies. The purpose of this study is to describe the modern Russian market of outsourcing services. The study offers a method for calculating the effectiveness of outsourcing based on the comparison of costs method. The tools used in the study included SWOT analysis and the outsourcing matrix. One of the features of the study is the calculation of the economic efficiency of transferring works and services to an external executor. This technology can be used by trading companies. Special values stems from the fact that the study gives examples of actual activities of Astur LLC trading company related to the outsourcing of IT services. The results describe the advantages of and threats associated with outsourcing services. The study shows, under which conditions the outsourcing will allow the company to gain maximum benefit therefrom and how these services affect the company’s organizational activity.

TL;DR: In this article, a classification of factors into overt and latent is proposed for calculating the coefficients of its sensitivity to changes in factors by various methods, for ranking them by significance, and estimating the impact of changes in resource potential on income.
Abstract: The issues of improving the methods for analyzing the income of the service company by the example of trade are discussed in the article. The main emphasis in the study is made on the factor analysis of gross income: a classification of factors into overt and latent is proposed for calculating the coefficients of its sensitivity to changes in factors by various methods, for ranking them by significance, and estimating the impact of changes in resource potential on income. The proposed additional areas of revenue analysis will improve the quality of analytical work and allow to take a more informed approach to the development of areas for their growth.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors have analyzed the competitiveness of Russian federal universities based on a developed methodology, which allows them to identify leaders and outsiders among these educational organizations and determine their strengths and weaknesses.
Abstract: In the context of the transition of mineral extractive economies to sustainable development, the role of scientific and innovative support of this process is increasing. Universities are key components of this structural breakthrough. For the Russian economy, interaction and competition between federal universities are especially important, which, on the one hand, offer new technologies of "green" mining, and on the other, they form a high-tech breakthrough. The authors of the study have analyzed the competitiveness of Russian federal universities based on a developed methodology. This allows them to identify leaders and outsiders among these educational organizations and determine their strengths and weaknesses. The results allow the authors to determine the competitiveness of federal universities based on aggregated indicators that consider the influence of internal and external environment factors. The developed and tested methodology is based on the performance indicators of educational organizations, the "Project 5-100" indicators, and the indicators of international competitiveness.

TL;DR: Sarojini Naidu Government Girls Post Graduate (Autonomous) College, popularly known as Nutan College, is considered as a paradigm of creativity, harbinger of change and a nodal agency for quality sustenance as discussed by the authors.
Abstract: Sarojini Naidu Government Girls Post Graduate (Autonomous) College, popularly known as Nutan College, is considered as a paradigm of creativity, harbinger of change and a nodal agency for quality sustenance. The College has been a forerunner to venture semester system, comprehensive continuous evaluation, non-traditional methods of teaching & learning, inculcation of value system, personality development, career counseling and a fine tuned Tutor Guardian Cell (Mentor’s Club). Thanks to the Nutan fraternity and a galaxy of our graduates who transformed our tiny strides into a great success. It was even more reinforcing and rewarding to all of us when the state government decided to implement these initiatives at the state level. The preparation of SSR paved way to identify our short falls and we accepted it as an opportunity to work upon and transmute these into real strength. Over the years, the College has exercised the power of autonomy, to the extent allowed by the regulating body, to marginally update the curriculum. The students are permitted to view their valued answer books after declaration of results. ICT has been integrated in teaching, learning and the internet facility has been strengthened and supplemented with Wi-Fi. The academic departments have entered into collaboration and memorandum of understanding with other institutes. The faculty has been recognized and awarded at state and national level. The College has developed a plan for next one decade in the name of VISION 2025. Feedback from students on teachers has been restructured and from teachers on principal has been introduced for the first time Interdisciplinary research work is being promoted, physical infrastructure has been augmented, teachers are using satellite communication for teaching, learning. Consultancy has been initiated and community linked extension activities are being given priority. The students have been given an opportunity for getting experience of real work situation through JOPW.But the quest for excellence is a process that never ends. The pursuit of quality enhancement must go on. We understand one cannot afford to sit upon one’s laurels. The present report is a humble submission of information pertaining to our College for assessment and accreditation. It is not a more plethora of achievements; rather, it is revelation of a path we have adhered to. Let us invite you to reel through the pages and be a part of our legacy. Dr H.K. Garg, Coordinator IQAC & NAAC.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a method to improve the quality of the service provided by the service provider by using the information of the user's interaction with the provider and the user.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined the models of efficient functioning of trading enterprises in the conditions of economic development during 2016-2019 and proved that the criterion for measuring efficiency is the evaluation of static and dynamic efficiency of trade activities, which allows changes in the used assets (resources) to be taken into account, an enterprise's safety margin to be increased and it testifies to the merger of diminishing returns and economic fluctuations in modern economic macro and micro systems.
Abstract: The article examines the models of efficient functioning of trading enterprises in the conditions of economic development during 2016-2019. It is proved that the criterion for measuring efficiency is the evaluation of static and dynamic efficiency of trade activities, which allows changes in the used assets (resources) to be taken into account, an enterprise’s safety margin to be increased and it testifies to the merger (integration) of diminishing returns and economic fluctuations in modern economic macro and microsystems. The results of measuring the efficiency of trading enterprises ’ activity show that in order to evaluate the efficiency of the functioning of trading enterprises qualitatively and completely, it is necessary to consider all possible factors. Given the existence of Clark ’ s law, the authors substantiate an approach to evaluating the performance based on simple one-factor multiple models, which proves that future studies of finding ways to improve the efficiency, which are mainly aimed at extensive resource changes, will be erroneous, unjustified, and most likely, they will reduce the effectiveness of the resource under study. By specifying and parameterising the function of an enterprise ’ s trade activity in the conditions of economic development, it is possible to evaluate not only the static efficiency of trade activity, but also the impact of the law of diminishing marginal product on the results of the enterprise’s operation. This approach allows us to determine the optimal boundaries of doing business and the most effective marginal size of resource changes to achieve high cost indicators and economic synergy. The article defines clear boundaries between the minimum marginal product ratio (increase in net income relative to the growth in the number of employees) and the maximum average product (productivity) of trading enterprises.

Abstract: The content, boundaries, development vector and expected results of the sustainable development policy today rightfully belong to one of the most debated issues in the scientific community The imperative of solving the critical problem of replacing the dominant world order based on the extraction of mineral raw materials carries the risk of increasing economic isolationism This threatens to eliminate the economics of extracting products from technological production chains that meet the needs of modern consumers around the world, and the loss of technological identity of the industry For the transition of an economy with a developed commodity sector to the path of sustainable development, modernization of industry on a new technological basis is required and saturation of the domestic market with environmentally friendly production requires, on the one hand, the import of technologies, and on the other, significant “environmental technologies connected” investments Therefore, sustainable development should be both a goal and, at the same time, the result of a new industrialization of the economy, cannot set itself the goal of enhancing isolation from the global raw materials market

TL;DR: In this article, the authors use the disclosure of the structure as a fundamental element of the system of sustainable development that can reveal the factors of deep changes in the economy, under the influence of which the transformation of industry towards modern environmental guidelines, and with it employment, investment, innovation, systems of their state regulation.
Abstract: Sustainable development today covers not only certain aspects of the environmental and economic aspects of society. The very structure of the economy, in particular the production sphere, as well as the whole society, is changing radically. Moreover, the structure is not only a systemological, but also the category of sustainable development. It acts as the basis of any material phenomenon or process, that is, it serves as a relatively stable basis on which more mobile elements function. Therefore, the closest concept that allows revealing the essence of sustainable development, the problem of cognition of environmental and economic transformations, transformations and their regulation, is the structure. It is by using the disclosure of the structure as a fundamental element of the system of sustainable development that can reveal the factors of deep changes in the economy, under the influence of which the transformation of industry towards modern environmental guidelines, and with it employment, investment, innovation, systems of their state regulation.
