Abstract: . The main problem in this study aims to describe the implementation of character education through learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education at Sungguminasa State Junior High School 1, Gowa Regency. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of character education through learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education in the learning process of Pancasila and Citizenship Education in class VIII.B of the State Junior High School 1 Sungguminasa, Gowa Regency has been implemented by teachers through planning. In learning planning, there is a character value contained in self-development activities including routine, spontaneous and exemplary activities, while learning activities in the Learning Implementation Plan are in Core competencies and Basic Competencies (KD). There are several supporting factors experienced by teachers in learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education, namely, students create comfortable and conducive classes, teachers provide motivation and understanding of the importance of character values, provide role models, advice, rewards and punishments, and teachers create interesting learning and fun through the learning methods Student Active Learning and Collaborative Learning, while the inhibiting factors experienced by teachers in learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education, namely, Not conducive to learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education with student rest periods that make learning Pancasila and Citizenship education hampered and student learning enthusiasm decreases. , and the inadequacy of printed books for students which triggers a lack of interest in reading in students is due to the lack of printed books and this also has an impact on students when they test. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan kelas VIII.B Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa telah dilaksanakan oleh guru melalui perencanaan. Dalam perencanaan pembelajaran adalah adanya nilai karakter yang termuat kegiatan pengembangan diri meliputi kegiatan rutin, spontan dan keteladanan sedangkan kegiatan belajar dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran yaitu pada kompetensi Inti dan Kompetensi Dasar (KD). Terdapat beberapa faktor pendukung yang dialami guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan yaitu, siswa menciptakan kelas yang nyaman dan kondusif, guru memberikan motivasi dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya nilai-nilai karakter, memberikan teladan, nasihat, penghargaan dan hukuman, dan Guru menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan melalui metode pembelajaran Student Active Learning dan Collaborative Learning , sedangkan faktor penghambat yang dialami guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan yaitu, Tidak kondusifnya pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dengan waktu istirahat siswa yang membuat pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan terhambat dan semangat belajar siswa menurun, dan tidak memadainya buku cetak pada siswa yang memicu kurangnya minat baca pada siswa diakibatkan kurangnya buku cetak dan ini juga berdampak pada siswa ketika ulangan. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan.

Abstract: This study aims to offer insightful knowledge on organizational members’ real-life experience of working in a ‘new normal’ environment and explores changes in organizational HR practices and the future of work culture during this pandemic. Applying the qualitative methodology through implementing an in-depth interview technique, this study revealed subjective insights on pandemic impacts within diverse organizations and their coping strategies, that is, remote work practices and technological adaptations. The study found out that HR functionalities powered by different online tools and remote work or flexible roster duties are ensuring employee betterment and organizational productivity at the same time. Pandemic countermeasure oriented or transformed HR practices like online training and e-recruitment are keeping the workforce steady in this distressing time, but the ‘new normal’ lifestyle and evolved work environment, practices are putting much stress on and changing the dimension of work policies like employee well-being, compensation, leave, and so on, through isolation, quarantine and strict health guideline type issues.

Abstract: Pedagogic competence is the ability to manage student learning. The teacher must own competence because it is related to the characteristics of students seen from various aspects such as physical, moral, social, cultural, and intellectual. This implies that a teacher must master learning theories and educational learning principles because students have different characters, traits, and interests. This type of research uses qualitative research where this research is expected to explain the existing phenomena, especially those related to the pedagogic competence of Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers. This study indicates that the pedagogical competence of PPKn teachers in SMA Negeri 9 Sinjai Kec. Tellulimpoe has a fairly good ability in mastering the characteristics of students, applying the principles of curriculum development related to the subjects being taught, mastery of learning theory using one method but using several learning methods, teachers have used technology, information, and communication in the interests of learning. Kompetensi pedagogik adalah kemampuan mengelolah pembelajaran peserta didik. kompetensi harus dimiliki guru karen berkenaan dengan karakteristik peserta didik dilihat dari berbagai aspek seperti fisik, moral, sosial, kultural, dan intelektual. Hal tersebut berimplikasi bahwa seorang guru harus mampu menguasai teori belajar dan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaranyang mendidik karena peserta didik memiliki karakter, sifat, dan interes yang berbeda. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dimana penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjelaskan fenomena yang ada terutama yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru PPKn di SMA Negeri 9 Sinjai Kec. Tellulimpoe telah memiliki kemampuan yang cukup baik dalam menguasai karakteristik peserta didik, menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pengembangan kurikulum yang berkaitan dengan mata pelajaran yang di ampu, penguasaan teori belajar tidak hanya menggunakan satu metode saja tetapi menggunakan beberapa metode belajar, guru telah memanfaatkan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi dalam kepentingan pembelajaran.

Abstract: PurposeThe extreme measures that have been taken by governments across the globe to minimize the spread of COVID-19 have had significant impacts on almost all the public sectors, especially on the economy and education. This study aims to address the approaches and prospective of online-based training and e-learning for employee learning and development during this COVID-19 crisis.Design/methodology/approachWith an emphasis on the qualitative approach and considering the complex COVID-19 emergency, required data were collected from in-depth interviews to interpret the experiences of the respondents.FindingsThe findings suggested that the digital learning ecosystem offered flexibility of time, place and pace, which provided essential convenience during the COVID-19 crisis. From the human resource (HR) perspective, the e-learning culture has enabled the organizations to quickly adopt the new normal, secure sustainable continuity of organizational development and ensure decent work and growth within and across organizations. The adoption of e-learning and flexible working conditions following the setback has enabled the organizations to quickly cope up with the new normal, causing a significant paradigm shift in the organizational culture and corporate sector of Bangladesh.Research limitations/implicationsThe study will assist the HR of any organization to contemplate e-learning systems as effective alternative training methods. Also, the study will be suggestive to traverse new dimensions and skillsets for the pedagogues.Originality/valueThis study offers new evidential scenarios regarding the emergence of effective e-learning initiatives and online-based learning programs for developing the workforce to be efficient and productive even in distressful and inconvenient COVID-19 situations.

Abstract: The main problem of the study is the low learning outcomes of Civics in grade V SD Negeri 277 Sarecoppeng District Lilirilau Soppeng District. By it, applied simulation method in learning. This research is a Classroom Action Research that aims to improve the learning outcomes of Civics in grade V SD Negeri 277 Sarecoppeng Kecamatan Lilirilau Soppeng District through the application of simulation methods. Subjects in this classroom action research are grade V students of SD Negeri 277 Sarecoppeng with a total of 12 students consisting of 4 men and 8 women. This research was conducted in 2 (two) cycles. Data collection is done by using observation and test in the form of descriptions carried out at each cycle. The data collected were analyzed by using descriptive analysis both quantitatively and qualitatively. After the learning through the application of simulation method for two cycles. Students who previously lacked enthusiasm in following the learning process became more active. The average score of test results from each cycle can be seen in the first cycle with an average score of 70.00 is in the high category. And in cycle II with an average score of 85.00 is in very high category. From this research shows that the application of methods can improve the learning outcomes of Civics in grade V SD Negeri 277 Sarecoppeng Lilirilau District. Abstract: Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah kalangan pelajar mengalami dekadensi moral yang membutuhkan Model integrasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif SD Inpres 34 Bungung Katammu Kabupaten Bantaeng. Penentuan informan penelitian secara purposive sampling, yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, siswa dan orang tua. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observation, depth-Interview dan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis melalui data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing. Teknik kebasahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber, waktu dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model integrasi pendidikan karakter terdiri dari enam tingkatan dari tiga level yaitu (a) pada level individu (i) moral knowing, (ii) moral feeling (iii) moral sinverbal. (b) pada level individu-kelompok (i) moral action, (ii) moral habitus, (c) pada level kelompok ada moral culture yang dapat dintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial (IPS). Kata Kunci: Model Integrasi, Pendidikan Karakter, Pembelajaran, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find an integrative model of social care character in social science subjects in elementary schools using integrative moral knowledge, moral feelings, moral sinverbals, moral action, moral habitus and moral culture. The reality that happens is that students experience moral degradation so that they need the integration of character education in the learning process. The formulation of the research problem is how to model the integration of national character education in social science learning. The research method used qualitative methods with 10 informants consisting of the principal, teachers, students, parents. The data technique used interview, observation and documentation instruments, then the data were analyzed through data reduction, data display and verification. The paradigm used in the research is the moral education paradigm. The results of the research model of the integration of social caring character education consist of six moral levels, namely moral knowledge, moral feelings, moral synergy, moral action, moral habits and moral culture which are integrated with the values of social caring character in the learning process of social science.
