Effect of temperature on the size of biosynthesized silver nanoparticle: Deep insight into microscopic kinetics analysis

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of temperature on particle size in wet chemical synthesis of metal nanoparticles is investigated and concluded in detail based on the microscopic quantitative kinetics analysis, and the authors provided useful deep insight into microscopic kinetics analyses of the effect on size distribution of AgNPs.
Journal ArticleDOI

A free-standing calcium alginate/polyacrylamide hydrogel nanofiltration membrane with high anti-fouling performance: Preparation and characterization

TL;DR: In this article, an anti-fouling, free-standing membrane was synthesized through the polymerization of acrylamide in the presence of sodium alginate using N,N′-methylene-bisacrylamides as the covalent crosslinker and CaCl2 as the ionic cross-linker.
Journal ArticleDOI

Adsorption of bisphenol A based on synergy between hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interaction.

TL;DR: The results of surface energy heterogeneity revealed that the hydrophilic microdomain or the hydrogen bonding site was occupied preferentially and the adsorption rate was dramatically improved due to the influence of hydrophobic microdomain and participation of hydrogen bonding adsorptions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Adsorption and photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange imprinted composite membranes using TiO2/calcium alginate hydrogel as matrix

TL;DR: In this article, a molecularly imprinted TiO 2 /calcium alginate (T/CA) membrane was synthesized by using T/CA as supporting matrix, ethylenetri(β-methoxy) ethyoxysilane (KH-570) and γ-amidopropyltri- ethynetri-ethyoxylynetri (kH-550) as functional monomers and methyl orange (MO) as template.
Journal ArticleDOI

Preparation and adsorption of bovine serum albumin-imprinted polyacrylamide hydrogel membrane grafted on non-woven polypropylene.

TL;DR: The results showed that the PP-g-PAM MIP exhibited an obvious improvement in terms of adsorption capacity for BSA as compared with non-imprinted ones, which would show its potential applications in the fields of extracting and testing required proteins from cells or particulate samples.
