Abstract: Optical-to-THz conversion of microcomb with uni-traveling-carrier photodiode is a potential method to generate CW-THz wave with ultra-high frequency, low phase noise, and high practicability. In this paper, we demonstrate the THz wireless communication at 560 GHz based on this method.
