TL;DR: Jin et al. as mentioned in this paper reported a certified power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 18.69% for organic solar cells with a certified PCE of 0.849 V, a shortcircuit current density (Jsc) of 28.22 mA cm-2 and a fill factor (FF) of 78.0% at the National Institute of Metrology (NIM), Beijing.
