Zinc dendrite growth and inhibition strategies
Yayu Zuo,Keliang Wang,Keliang Wang,Pucheng Pei,Manhui Wei,Xiaotian Liu,Yu Xiao,Pengfei Zhang +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors analyzed the nucleation and dendrite growth of zinc dendrites based on the existing theoretical models of zinc growth, and the measures to optimize the electric field distribution on the electrode surface are summarized, enhancing the migration of zinc ions and removing dendritic free zinc deposition.

Advanced rechargeable zinc-air battery with parameter optimization
TL;DR: Zhang et al. as mentioned in this paper showed that rechargeable zinc-air battery with an optimized structure can stably run at large current densities, where air electrode is connected to the charging electrode through a stainless steel frame, and the effective area of charging electrode is larger than that of zinc electrode by way of a trapezoidal structure.
