TL;DR: In this paper, the authors show a comprehensive profile of antibody, B cell and T cell dynamics over time in a cohort of patients who have recovered from mild-moderate COVID-19.
Journal ArticleDOI
Systems serology detects functionally distinct coronavirus antibody features in children and elderly.

TL;DR: In this paper, SARS-CoV-2 antigen-specific Fcγ receptor binding accurately distinguishes COVID-19 patients from healthy individuals, suggesting that SARS co-virus infection induces qualitative changes to antibody Fc, enhancing Fcαγ receptor engagement.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: Clinical features, virology, longitudinal cellular, and cytokine immune profile, SARS-CoV-2-specific serology and salivary antibody responses in a family of two parents with PCR-confirmed symptomatic SATS coronavirus 2 infection and their three children and the data indicate that children can mount an immune response to SATS without virological confirmation of infection.
Journal ArticleDOI
Safety and immunogenicity of an MF59-adjuvanted spike glycoprotein-clamp vaccine for SARS-CoV-2: a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase 1 trial.

TL;DR: A phase 1, double-blind, placebo-controlled, block-randomised trial of the sclamp subunit vaccine in a single clinical trial site in Brisbane, QLD, Australia was conducted in this paper.

Anti-PEG Antibodies Boosted in Humans by SARS-CoV-2 Lipid Nanoparticle mRNA Vaccine
Yi Jung Ju,Wen Shi Lee,Emily H. Pilkington,Hannah G. Kelly,Shiyao Li,Kevin J. Selva,Kathleen M. Wragg,Kanta Subbarao,Thi H. O. Nguyen,Louise C. Rowntree,Lilith F. Allen,Katherine Bond,Deborah A Williamson,Nghia P. Truong,Magdalena Plebanski,Katherine Kedzierska,Siddhartha Mahanty,Amy W. Chung,Frank Caruso,Adam K. Wheatley,Jennifer A Juno,Stephen J. Kent +21 more
TL;DR: It is concluded that low level PEG-specific antibodies can be modestly boosted by a lipid nanoparticle mRNA-vaccine and that PEG -specific antibodies are associated with higher reactogenicity.
