TL;DR: The baseline neuroimaging processing and subject-level analysis methods used by the Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development Study are described to be a resource of unprecedented scale and depth for studying typical and atypical development.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Bayesian model for joint segmentation and registration
TL;DR: A statistical model is presented that combines the registration of an atlas with the segmentation of magnetic resonance images, and an Expectation Maximization-based algorithm is used to find a solution within the model.

TL;DR: The baseline neuroimaging processing and subject-level analysis methods used by the ABCD DAIC in the centralized processing and extraction of neuroanatomical and functional imaging phenotypes are described.
Journal ArticleDOI
GLISTR: Glioma Image Segmentation and Registration
Ali Gooya,Kilian M. Pohl,Michel Bilello,Luigi Cirillo,George Biros,Elias R. Melhem,Christos Davatzikos +6 more
TL;DR: A generative approach for simultaneously registering a probabilistic atlas of a healthy population to brain magnetic resonance (MR) scans showing glioma and segmenting the scans into tumor as well as healthy tissue labels is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
The National Consortium on Alcohol and NeuroDevelopment in Adolescence (NCANDA): a multisite study of adolescent development and substance use

Tapert,Susan F. Tapert +24 more
TL;DR: Based on the sample's risk profile, NCANDA is well positioned to capture the transition into drinking and alcohol problems in a large portion of the cohort, as well as to help disentangle the associations between alcohol use, neurobiological maturation, and neurocognitive development and functioning.
