The invention relates to user information inquiring, paying and business transacting method of an electric power system. The user information inquiring, paying and business transacting method comprises a user information inquiring and paying method, which comprises the following steps: initiating an inquiring flow path, and connecting a user side with the electric power system; inputting user information to inquire the electric power changes of a current month, and obtaining a paying list; initiating a paying flow path, and connecting the user side with a union-pay system; paying the electric power changes through a POS (point of sale) machine, and obtaining a paying receipt through the union-pay system; and connecting the electric power system with the union-pay system, and canceling from an account in the electric power system through paying information by using the union-pay system, so as to complete payment. The user information inquiring, paying and business transacting method further comprises a business transacting method, which comprises the following steps: initiating a business transacting flow path, and selecting the type and the detail of a business needed to be transacted; displaying a form needed to be filled, and prompting needed relevant data; printing the form, prompting to take out the form, and displaying form filling detailed rules; filling the from and scanning the data; filling a displayed acceptance number in the form, and putting the form in a recovery position; and uniformly withdrawing the form and transacting the business. The user information inquiring, paying and business transacting method is strong is operability and high in safety and reliability, and the communication between the electric power system and a user is effectively enhanced.
